Troon Villa Agave is a 2450 Square Foot beautiful, VERY LARGE 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the Troon Golf Course. Unbelievable views - right on the fairway. 2 master bedrooms offer King beds, flat screen televisions, attached baths and each have their own private balcony with VIEWS!. A separate office work area separates the 2 master suites on the 2nd level. The 1st level offers a 2 car attached private garage, laundry room and powder room. This leads into a HUGE great room with a chefs kitchen offering granite and stainless appliances, a very long breakfast bar to enjoy a cocktail, and a large dining table. Plenty of comfortable seating surrounds the custom entertainment center for your relaxation. All of this opens with 2 large sliding doors to the large patio with view of the Troon North Golf Course, mountains and city lights.

***1 dog with prior approval only! Must be verbally approved prior to booking. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

***NO PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAY ALLOWED. A 2 car garage is provided for parking. ***

When an issue came up with the air-conditioning the management company responded quickly and the air-conditioning was fixed within two days. Spacious and comfortable

Reviewer Comments: Pros: spacious, clean, quiet townhome Rental agent was responsive to our requests and questions Neighborhood was clean, quiet, serene, and met very nice people in the area Well stocked for paper goods, cleaning supplies, even wine Kitchen had everything you’d need and then some Beds were luxurious and very comfortable Cons: Far from the Scottsdale hub, we gauged 45 minutes to everything Master bath hot water faucets at the whirlpool bath and one sink were not working properly Garage door had been dented but the repairman managed to add a stability bar so the door would close and remain closed Front door stuck so you needed to kick it open Door from garage doesn’t close tightly resulting in it opening unless you locked itOverall it was delightful.

Troon North

This property was listed as premier and was not. The first 30 days of the stay was spent dealing with issues regarding basic requirements. For instance the following items were listed as features and did not work: pin ball machine, gas grill and stove. In addition there was no hot water in one of the master bathroom sinks, refrigerator water system was leaking, terrible noise and rattling with the water purifier, front door would not unlock, no blankets provided and not enough towels/wash cloths to accommodate the amount of guests that the condo was said to house. We spent 4 weeks without a working stove. We paid premium dollars for what was not a premium property. Very misleading and disappointing. We not recommend since this owner does not understand or provide the basic requirements. I’ve requested a refund but have been told the owner doesn’t feel it’s necessary. Became quite obvious VRBO does not support the renters only the owner.

We stayed for 42 days and never had a maintenance issue--so this is a well-cared for condo. Perfectly peaceful area, yet close to everything. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Villa Agave to friends & family.

Comfortable Home in a Convenient Location

This is a well-maintained spacious two story townhome on a cul-de-sac in a non-gated portion of the Troon North Golf Club. The location is convenient to many trailheads and the amenities of the Pinnacle Peak area. There is a restaurant at the golf club and in the nearby Four Seasons Hotel and other locations nearby if you tire of using the the well-equipped kitchen. The property manager quickly responded to our inquiries. Outside there was some road noise from nearby Dynamite Blvd but it was mostly absent inside. The neighbors were friendly but quiet and it was an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful change in scenery during an unusual time

The property was true to its description and pictures. Wonderful layout with plenty of room for two working adults to be productive with our remote jobs. We loved all the hiking trails in close proximity to this property. Enjoyed plenty of golf all throughout the Scottsdale area. Also, we loved our happy hours on the upstairs and downstairs patios while watching the beautiful AZ sunsets. Wes was a very gracious property manager and attentive to our handful of needs we had in our first week of arrival. Would recommend this property to our friends or family looking for a Scottsdale getaway.

Property was very nice. Maybe could have been made more aware of two levels. Stairs could be a bit of a problem for seniors, The only negative was the roofmate neighbors and their loud bass speaker on TV/Stereo that was very loud some nights till all hours. Thankfully they seemed to be out of town a lot during the week. Overall very pleased. Nice views from the upstairs especially.
