Other things to note:
**Please note that as this property is on 90 acres access is via a dirt road and driveway approx 1 km long.
**Please also note that the first section of our driveway is on our neighbours’ land so please limit speed to 10 kms/hour and be mindful of noise and dust.

Please be mindful that this is a country area so we are on tank water and have a grey water system. Conserving water where possible is much appreciated, please use grey water friendly kitchen and laundry detergent and please refrain from flushing objects down toilets.
