A perfect vacation. We had 2 families stay together at the house. The communication was great and very helpful. The amenities were perfect, the house was clean, the kitchen was stocked and the view was beyond spectacular. Oh and having ordered some of Pinky’s Roti’s at arrival hit the spot.

We had a wonderful stay in Tortola! The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well-stocked with plenty of towels, a hair dryer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, which made everything so convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, even when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, great viewpoints, and easy access to the marina for boat days, which ended up being the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed exploring the West End, and Cane Garden Bay was a big hit with the kids. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely return!

amazing property

The pictures really don't do it justice. The place was beautiful and the views even better. The white knuckle drive up was definitely worth it. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

PS everyone else...I promise this is really not usually described as a white knuckle drive, Belmont is just hilly with dirt roads - an adventure :)

This is a beautiful property. Great for our friends! Beautiful views were unbelievable. Midweek cleaning was an unexpected treat! Great pool and well stocked kitchen. Sharlene was great and very responsive. Jerry’s was waiting at ferry w the car!Eric was a great driver. Great outdoor kitchen. Good places to eat close by. Cooked in bc you did not want to leave the view! View is unsurpassed. Great being on other side of island

Family BVI Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with owner/staff was excellent and helpful. The property had everything we needed plus some extra helpful touches. There were spaces and bath areas for everyone in our party and a great kitchen to cook in which was nice. We loved the view and nice ocean breezes. Thank you for opening your home to us!

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!

SEVEN TEN was absolutely fantastic. The views were amazing and the property had everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, updated, and located near Smuggler's Cove and bars/restaurants. The cleaning staff did an excellent job to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, the communication before and during the stay with the property management was fantastic. Highly recommend this VRBO and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing villa and equally amazing host!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Seven Ten. Pictures truly don't do justice for the magnificent views. The layout was great for a family and the kids spent hours and hours in the pool. The villa was very clean and very well stocked with anything you could need. Sam couldn't have been a more helpful host and she and coordinated our taxi, rental car, and helped ensure we were stocked with food and beverages upon our arrival. Her local knowledge was invaluable as she helped us navigate travel protocols prior to our arrival and she was also instrumental in helping us coordinate our departure amidst changing guidelines. Not only was the Villa amazing, but Sam's assistance helped make our trip so much better than we could have managed on our own. We can't wait to be back!

Fantastic Villa!

Seven Ten was the perfect spot for our summer vacation! The property management company was top notch -- arranged a taxi driver to pick us up from airport, helped with securing a rental car and met us at the property to show us around the house when we arrived. The property management also gave me recommendations for boat charters when I asked -- we used two different companies they recommended for two different experiences and they were both great! Seven Ten was probably the most well stocked vacation rental home we have ever stayed in as well. Location can't be beat either, but do know that drive is not for the faint of heart. If you do rent a vehicle, ask for at least a six cylinder engine because there were several times we didn't think our four cylinder rental was going to make it. We loved our time at Seven Ten and Tortola and would love to go back to both in the future!

Heaven on earth

Seven Ten is an amazing villa if you're looking to stay on the West End of Tortola. Rental company was great- helped us with car rental, boat reservation, and a driver from the airport. Greeted us upon arrival. The house is gorgeous and well equipped with 3 rooms upstairs and one down with separate outside access. Beautiful furnishings and impeccably kept. Outdoor beach closet has everything you need- snorkel gear, cooler, Tommy Bahama chairs. Housekeeper came mid-week to swap out linens. The drive up is not for the faint of heart, but the views as a result are incredible--we found ourselves not wanting to leave for excursions. 10/10 would recommend. The only thing we wish the house had was an ice maker and a hammock, but hard to find fault with a place like this. Can't wait to return.

A Dreamy Hilltop Getaway - Perfect in Every Way!

Our stay at Seven Ten in Tortola was nothing short of magical. Perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views, this home was beautifully designed and impeccably appointed. Every detail— from the custom furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen-made it feel like a luxurious home away from home.We were a group of seven and had more than enough space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made everything so convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible driver the rentalcompany connected us with. He was not only our guide but also our storyteller, sharing the island's history and culture while taking us wherever we needed to go. Hisrecommendations for restaurants and activities were spot-on.The location was ideal-peaceful and private, yet close enough to walk to both Long Bay and our favorite beach, Smuggler's Cove. We loved the home so much that we cooked in every other night, enjoying meals together with those stunning views as our backdrop. Whether we were out exploring or relaxing at home, every moment of our vacation felt like a beautiful adventure.We can't recommend Seven Ten highly enough-this place is a gem!
