Ammenities include a 3 Person IR Sauna, Pool, 12 person jacuzzi/hot tub, Billiards table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong and a Bocce Ball Court. Villa is ideal for entertaining or for a family. All bedrooms have their own baths, great outdoor space. Property sits on an 18,000 sq ft triple lot. Property has 3 king beds and 5 queen beds. Please contact with a brief group bio before booking. Best golf trip ever

We got a chance to play golf in Miami all weekend and this was the best house we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10. Thank you for the great weekend!

Good house for a large house

We were a group of 14 on a bachelorette and had a nice time at this house. The kitchen and common spaces are great for a large group. The house was clean and the bathrooms were all recently remodeled and felt very modern. The bedrooms were decent size and equipped with tvs and modern decor. While the location was not in the heart of the action of Miami, everything was a 10-20 minute drive away which made it easy to get places. We did have a few critiques. The kitchen drawers are hard to open as they don’t have any hardware. The backyard was a bit unkept and needed a gardener as there were leaves everywhere including in the jacuzzi. The pool does not have a heater, only the jacuzzi does. There were only 4 lounge chairs, which for a house of this size felt low, but they do have other outdoor couches and chairs that can be used. There were 2 bedrooms that can only be accessed by going outside. While this wasn’t an issue for our group, some renters may not want to go outside (especially if it’s raining) and this isn’t mentioned in the listing description. We had an issue with the hot water in 2 of the 6 bedrooms where the water really never got hot (only luke warm), but there were plenty of other full bathrooms to use. Lastly, we had an issue with the outdoor gate where the automatic close functionality stopped working midway through our stay. However, the owner was responsive and apologetic. Overall, we were happy with the house, but for the price point would have expected things to be a little more seamless.

Too many bad little things and a couple biggies

I literally booked the house BECAUSE it had ping pong. The first thing we looked for when we arrived was the ping pong table. There was no PP table. And it took 24 hours for host to confirm they didn’t. Getting anything out of the kitchen cabinets was impossible as the push functions don’t work and there was no hardware. The sauna barely got hot and door didn’t close properly letting all the heat out. Very frustrating. The water pressure was horrible. It was like taking a shower under a drip. The mattresses were not comfortable. Basically like sleeping on large pads w uncomfortable bumps with hard and soft spots. Nobody slept well. The pillows were ALL flat in every room. Needed to stack 3 to get 1 pillow. The pool is tiny and oddly shaped. Not ideal. The hot tub barely got warm and the jets made the hot tub a wave pool due to lack of water. No hoses to add water. So we couldn’t use that either. The couch was full of stains. It was gross. 2 bedrooms you had to walk outside to get to and that really sucks when it rains, which it did, ALOT. Essentially this looks like a warehouse that was converted into a house. Which in theory is pretty cool. But having to walk outside to get to and from 2 of the rooms makes them really not part of the house. This was definitely not advertised anywhere in the ad. 2 of the other bedrooms are not really bedrooms, they’re closets w beds in them. They have no windows. The people sleeping in them felt like they were in cells and compared it to that regularly. “Well it’s lights out, off to my cell” The half bathroom that guests were supposed to use was FULL of junk everywhere so was unusable. Ladders, buckets, boxes, tools, supplies. Completely full and unusable. Light switches impossible to figure out, and one main light was out (don’t worry I went to the store to get a bulb to fix it because it was necasssry to play pool and we didn’t get any help from host on that either) No chalk for pool table and most sticks were in horrible shape and unusable. Why have a pool table if you’re not going to provide necessities to play? So this house was not represented very well At all. There was very little support or sympathy. Air was nice and cold. Could be a great house if they fix everything. For the price range too many things were not right. All in all Miami was great, house was meh!

Amazing house, perfect location

This house is tucked away in an incredible neighborhood just a block from the water. Far enough away from the sounds of downtown Miami but still within 15 minutes of anything you'd want to do. Highly recommend this stay for any larger groups looking for a fun time.

Miami Bach Weekend

The property was exactly what we needed. A beautiful home, with plenty of room to use as our base camp for our weekend in Miami. We were 11 or 12 people and had good amount of room! We even had dinner friday night as a group and had plenty of space for that as well. Kitchen is great, living room is great... overall really good property. Speaking with property manager was also a breeze. Responsiveness can be worked on just a tad, but whenever we did reach out, we did eventually get a) an answer b) the answer we wanted. Truly an accommodating host! This was my second time staying in the house and I now have no complaints for both stays!

Ideal for a big group

Amazing property with room for a large group. Bocce, pool, hot tub, sauna... it was hard to get everyone out of the house! Great communication pre check-in as well. Would absolutely recommend or consider another stay should the opportunity arise!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our group and the homeowner was super responsive to our needs. The only regret I have is not being able to use the pool or jacuzzi due to tons of leaves etc. but it was the time of year- nature wasn’t on our side during the stay which isn’t any fault of anyone. Would recommend this property to larger groups for sure! Everyone will have their own room and bathroom, what more could you ask for?

Not what we expected...

My friends and I were so excited about staying at this property but upon arrival we were extremely disappointed. There were so many little issues that made our stay terrible. When we drove up to the house you could tell the back fence was broken and anyone could walk in which was a major safety concern. The front door would not lock or close properly, there were several light bulbs out all throughout the rooms and house. The pool table and air hockey table were extremely worn out and dirty, one of the door handles to the outside room broke when we tried to open the door, the outside was dirty and there were leaves everywhere, several of us complained about the noisy bed frames that made it impossible to sleep comfortably at night, in the living room there was parts of the wall where the paint was falling off the wall and there was a pile of huge dry paint on the floor which had not been cleaned, the ac unit was not cooling the house and it was extremely hot at night. I spoke to the host about a few issues and he stated he would resolve them but he never did. Needless to say I think there are several places that would be of better quality and way less expensive in or near Miami. Based of what we experienced, we would not recommend this property to anyone.
