Lovely little place to stay!

Loved this house!! Fit our family perfect and located at the end closer to a culdasac . Access to the lift was so so helpful.

There is a bug infestation at this property. There were ants in the microwave, refrigerator, on the counters, in the beds, etc. We also killed 5 cockroaches (not water bugs). The photos showed an outdoor swing and chairs that were not anywhere on the property.

Property was clean. Linens were fresh and plentiful. Home had most things that were needed for cooking. Property Mgmt company was great to communicate with. Direct Beach access right from the neighborhood was great!

We loved the property! The space was perfect for our large family, the location was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.There were a couple of things that could be improved. We did see a few cockroaches during our stay, and we were surprised by the 125 non-refundable pet fee when it came time to sign the contract. This fee wasn’t disclosed during the booking process, so it would have been helpful to know about it upfront.I also had an unpleasant interaction with one of the Cobb Real staff members. They came across as rude, and unfortunately it left a negative impression. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property itself was a great fit for our family, but I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

This was the perfect house for us! Plenty of space. Nice open kitchen and living room! Loved the porch and downstairs area as well! Close to the beach!
