I have an amazing neighborhood. Its very safe and the neighbors are wonderful.
- We do not offer early check in, we need all the time to prepare the house for next guests arrival

- No shoes in the house, quiet hours after 9 pm. We have neighbors who we need to respect the noise levels.

- all ages are welcomed, however adults over 24 needed to sign lease agreement to rent the house and must remain at the house.

- during summer months we get lake midges, to avoid the lake midges please keep lights off outside and bug catchers plugged in.

- We will be reaching out to you to sign our lease agreement and house rule sheet day of arrival

- During winter and early spring we do not have our outside furniture for use. That gets put out when our weather starts getting nicer around end of May.

- Lawn service starts mid May, we have a company called Elite Landscaping that shows up weekly to do lawn and weeding. This lasts until October.

-Absolutely no parties or events

-Maximum occupancy is 13 guests at all times.

-No parking in street

-No parking in neighbors driveways
