Perfectly blending classic 1917 charm with modern comforts, this beautifully renovated home boasts breathtaking, unobstructed views of the cove and stunning sunsets over the water. Set directly on the shoreline, youā€™ll be able to savor these vistas without any cars or buildings obstructing your view.

The main floor features an inviting, open-plan living space with a spacious king bedroom and en-suite bath, a fully equipped chefā€™s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a cozy family room with a fieldstone fireplace, and a separate TV room for quiet evenings. We loved our stay at the Cove House! The home embraces its historic charm with updated amenities and appliances. The beds are comfy, and the rainfall shower was a family favorite. The location is great, with easy beach access, absolutely stunning views, and outdoor space. The parking is definitely tricky with a short driveway. We have a full-size SUV and parked parallel to the house. It would be a challenge for two families with large cars.Jamie and his team were fantastic, checking in with us. We would love to come back to the Cove House!

Ticks all the Boxes

I rented the house becaused I was having a mini-reunion with my adult siblings. We grew up along the southern coast of Maine and wanted to be as close to the water as possible. This house is all that and more. There was plenty of room for all of us and the space made is all feel like we were at a resort but still at home. The house it comfortably and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a great stay even with windy, rainy weather. I am looking forward to another stay there in the future.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

The home was beautiful and views were magnificent. Wifi worked well for the large home. Communication with PM went very well for the most part but some of my questions were not answered, so we just made assumptions and it turned out okay. My only suggestion is probably to check on toilet paper and hand soap/shampoo/conditioner availability prior to check in as the first night, visitors might not have that handy. All else was wonderful! Thank you, as we enjoyed the home tremendously.

Relaxing Oceanside Vacation

This Kennebunk property is the perfect relaxing vacation. The continuous sound of waves crashing and the quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful experience in Maine. We had 5 couples - 10 total, and had plenty of space and privacy. The outside deck space was amazing, and provided a post card view. I highly recommend this propertyā€“we loved it!

Wonderful stay -- we loved it. The dishwasher malfunction was a bit of a bummer as it mean we were handwashing everything for six days, but otherwise it was fantastic! Thanks go Jamie for being so accessible and helpful.

Lordā€™s Point House

The location is one of the best features . If you enjoy water views and watching the tide roll in and out this is the place . The only problem is parking . We had only one car so not an issue for us . You might get 2 vehicles if one is small . The charm here is you feel you are in a old cottage that has been updated for todayā€™s lifestyle . We were a party of three couples so we each a bedroom and bath on three levels , wonderful for privacy . The top floor could easily accommodate two couples because there are two full baths and two queen bedrooms . Outside are two decks for ocean views with seating and a power operated canopy for sun protection . There is a large country style kitchen with great views like most rooms in the house . I highly recommend this property for a true Maine experience . We loved it and will return !

Family Stay

Cove House is a beautiful property and was just the perfect thing for our family trip! My husband and I took both sets of our parents and our kids to stay. The property is clean and has one fully remodeled bedroom and 2 baths, but honestly, everything looks perfectly new and redone. We put one set of parents on the lower level with their own bath and sitting room, and 1 with their own bath on the main level, and then we shared the upstairs with our kids (2 queen beds, 4 twins and 2 full baths)-it was ideal! The owners have stocked the home with everything you need for comfort and even put a 1/2 bath on the main floor, so the main level guests don't have to share their bath since everyone was mostly gathered between kitchen, dining, deck and living areas on this floor. Jamie, the property manager was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He referred us a bike shop, so we were able to have bikes/helmets dropped at the house, and we went back and forth into Kennebunkport several times, along with sightseeing around the local beaches. One of our best VRBO's yet! Thanks Cove House:)

A company retreat that felt like a vacation!

We had a company offsite at this lovely home. It was everything we could have asked for. Gorgeous, quiet, well equipped, with views that took our breath away. There were 7 of us on this retreat and it suited us beautifully. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen easily accommodated us and was well equipped. (could use two more kitchen table chairs) Nothing better than having your tough strategy conversations overlooking the ocean! The only difficulty was parking for us as there are only 2 spots and we were all coming from different places. Thanks Jamie for providing us a wonderful experience. I hope to return for a summer vacation! Best, Grace Ignite team.

Lovely stay at Cove House

Cove House is in a perfect location with water views and Mother's beach a few steps away. The house offers a rustic charm with all the modern conveniences. Gorgeous kitchen with plenty of seating and beautiful view. An adorable table set up for kids next to the main dining table too! Two nice decks also. Plenty of bedrooms...all nicely decorated and very comfortable. Limited parking is one drawback but Jamie helped us by suggesting alternative parking for our guests. We enjoyed our stay at Cove House very much! You can't go wrong with KPT Properties. This is our third year renting from them and have been very pleased with their properties and service.

The house. location, ambience and amenities were all superb. The house slept our family of six nicely and everyone had their space. Great kitchen and deck to cook meals or just enjoy the views and sunsets. Walking out to the rocks during low tide or renting paddleboards/kayaks during high tide was a fun family activity. Responsiveness of KPT Luxury management was exceptional for all aspects of the stay. We would definitely return and would highly recommend the KPT brand for other rentals.
