Four bedroom, 3 bath villa is located within exclusive gated community of Emerald Island Resort. We are located near Walt Disney World and are minutes away from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. You and your family will enjoy a restful vacation in our comfortable home. This villa is both spacious and relaxing and is contained on one floor providing expansive living space with convenience and accessibility. . The modern kitchen is well equipped. The comfortable family room has a big screen TV and overlooks the private pool and deck. The master suite contains a luxurious king-sized bed and flat-screened TV. Relax by the private pool after a busy day. Pool heat can be added at additional cost upon request. Game room with pool table and foosball can keep you entertained on those days where you just feel like hanging with the family.

Great place to stay

The location of the property is great. It is close to Disney parks and lots of shopping. The owner was quick to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our week stay at this property and would stay here again.

We stayed here for an extended weekend with our grandson. It was perfect! He loved the Mickey room, and even insisted that Pops sleep in the other bed in the room! Pops said it was very comfy. The pool was perfect for late night swims after hot days at the parks. Can’t wait to rebook!

Location and House was beautiful!!!!

If you looking for a comfortable, clean and great amenities. This is your home! My family had a wonderful stay. Everything was nearby and easy to get to. I would definitely recommend to stay. We will definitely be booking again.

Great location and amenities

It’s an easy ride to the Disney parks from this house. The hot tub and pool were nice after a long day of walking. There is a walking path and a free mini golf course for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the property owner was super easy.

Last Minute Trip

Found this house last minute when original plans fell through. Everything went smoothly. House was clean, pool was perfect, space was just right! Home was equipped with lots! Parks, stores and restaurants within reasonable driving distance. Would absolutely stay here next time my family decides to head to Orlando!

Beautiful property. The property was beautifully decorated and clean. Pool area deck paint was a little worn but minor. The game room was great. The furniture was not old and worn. This home is very nice and clean and I would definitely stay there again. // JS from SC

Very nice home

Property was pretty and nicely decorated, and in a great community. The reasons we didn’t give a 5 rating: kettle did not work, no scissors, missing light/fan remote in one bedroom so couldn’t turn on the main light or ceiling fan in that room, and in another room the light/fan remote did not have battery and it required special battery that you cannot readily get from a store.

Great for Holidays with family

We spend Christmas and new year in this house with family (6 adults, a 3 y. o. Child and a newborn). Pool and hot tub were great and controls were easy to manage. The cookware has the basic but everything worked. We had a problem with one of the beds support but the management company went right away (during weekend) to fix it. Maybe the house need a decoration update but in general, we had everything we need, everything worked (good appliances, TV screen on each room, fan&light controls, etc) , had good location (we didn't go to the parks but supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc were very close), the community is gate so is very safe and we went for a walk every day. The owner was very kind through her emails and would probably rent it again evaluating the value of what we received vs. The cost.

Overall Great!

We had an enjoyable time at this property. Similar to what is pictured. A few suggestions - *A welcome mat/rug inside the door way. We arrived while it was raining and it was very slippery on the tile floor. *4 people staying, it would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms. We ended up having to buy additional rolls. 6 days, 4 people - one roll in each was just barely enough. *The Mickey bedroom was missing the ceiling fan remote and the gaming systems in that room did not work - they are pretty outdated and might be better to just not have them. *The brown couches were a little worn as well, one of the back cushions was torn, but you couldn't see that unless the cushions you sit on slid out pretty easily. I think it was just the kind of couch it is. *The light under the microwave/above the stove does not work, so it's hard to cook since it's very dark. And the large wall clock does not work properly - not sure if it's just for decor or if it should work. Again overall very happy, not sure I'd stay again - we like to try new properties each stay. Overall happy with the stay.

If you like privacy at the pool, this house is for you!

We loved everything about this house during our 5 weeks stay. The location is a short drive to all Disney Parks and grocery stores (Target, Walmart, Aldi’s, Publix). It’s close proximity to Sunset Walk at Margaritaville was perfect for restaurants and live music. The heated pool and hot tub were FANTASTIC with the back yard being very private. Our family was very comfortable with the 4 bedrooms / 3 baths. This house offered a well-stocked kitchen, 6 tv’s, pool table and foosball tables. The property was extremely clean inside and out and Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful gated community. I would strongly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

This house has it all you will need for a great relaxing vacation

We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Clean house, well kept. They had so many towels available it was great. Lots kitchen tools and appliances. slow cooker, toaster, kerug, I think a juicer too. The stove is electric. Microwave is clean. They had dvd movies, we watched Harry Potter, which promted us to go to Harry Potterland at Universal lol I wish we would have BBQ but no time, there is a grill outback. My son was so excited that there was games for him to play. He liked the Mikey room. The house was nice and fresh. This was our first VBRO booking and it was great. Thank you!
