Our 1500 square foot villa offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor deck. The uncrowded beach is just a short walk across our quiet courtyard and boardwalk!

The living room includes NEW sofa, loveseat, recliner, breakfast table and newer 55" smart TV, and DVD player. The washer and dryer are conveniently located within the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, NEW dishwasher, range/oven, 2 microwaves, and air fryer. The adjoining dining room provides another spectacular view of the Atlantic.

The deck has a newer Ninja Woodfire Grill!

Sleeping arrangements are: four twin beds in the loft (great for children), one king bed in one of the main floor bedrooms, one queen bed in the other main floor bedroom, and two twin beds in the den off of the living room. The main floor bedrooms each have newer shower baths. The loft has a tub/shower bath.

All newer luxury vinyl plank flooring on the main level and a bright new paint look!

Our central location puts you within walking distance of pools, newer larger fitness center, specialty shops, fine dining at The Beach Club Restaurant, Island Bites Food Court, and the Racquet Club's eight tennis courts and six pickle ball courts. Ocean Point Golf Links to the north and Ocean Creek Golf Club to the south are each less than 5 minutes away.

The full-service marina complex provides launching, docking, fuel, charter services, and the Marina Store. Rental golf carts, mopeds, bicycles, fishing boats, and kayaks are also available. The Bonito Boathouse Restaurant offers family fare with fantastic sunset views from the roof top dining room. No visit is complete without an excursion boat ride on NEW The Big Fripper pontoon boat.

The Cabana Club at Veranda Beach has three pools, Willie's Wet Bar, and the Cabana Club Grille. Camp Fripp offers daily summertime children's activities for ages 3 through 12. Additional nature and social programs are scheduled for the entire family. Davis Love Park has a playground, full basketball court, sand volleyball court, and the shrimp boat.

An unlimited number of Fripp Island Resort Guest Cards may be purchased that allow access to all island amenities. (Resort service fee applies). Please ask us for details.

A tour along the off-road bicycle trail reveals an abundance of deer, low-country birds, and other wildlife. You may even see one of our lazy gators. What you won't see are fast-food or fast cars; neon lights or traffic lights.

For your safety and protection, there is a 24 hour gate with security force, fire, and paramedic services.

Fripp Island is the complete vacation for complete relaxation. You'll come for a week and come back for a lifetime!

'My family and I just returned from a week's stay at this fabulous villa. The oceanfront is practically at the back door. While the photo on this web site shows the closeness of the beach, it's actually nearer than it appears! The beach is less than a 100 steps away! The views of the ocean are spectacular from almost every room. And sunrise and sunset on the beach can't be beat at any price! The villa is just as advertised. The upstairs children's room is huge with four comfortable twin beds, and the two en suite bathrooms downstairs made it perfect for my family's privacy. The smaller fourth bedroom (downstairs) is perfect for children or teens. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking one's own meals and there is ample seating for dining indoors or out! Publix, Walmart, and Food Lion grocery shopping is an easy drive from the condo. There is a Lowe's about 45 minutes away for other shopping needs. The John Fripp Villas have a very private, residential feel, with well-maintained buildings, parking areas and landscaping. We loved the quiet, non-commercial nature of Fripp Island and its properties. No traffic, no loud noise, no huge crowds. We highly recommend touring Fripp Island on foot or by bicycle! Riding a bike along well-maintained paths was one of our favorite ways to spend time. The fishing and crabbing were great fun, even so early in the season. While we didn't catch enough crab this time to make a meal for all, the dining in nearby Beaufort was just as enjoyable. We recommend making a trip to PLUMS in Beaufort for a fabulous dinner experience. Make a point to visit KATHLEEN'S (right next to PLUMS) for a quiet, delicious lunch. The owners of this villa are eager to please and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. They really wanted us to feel welcomed and we surely did. Our entire experience with this villa was spot on. We all voted to return to this villa again next year! Many thanks to Fripp Four-Ever for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful condo!'
