Started off like a nightmare
Disappointed in NO POOL access - key didn't work, then got in at 3:10pm and place not cleaned. Waited in car for 3 hours to be ready. Didn't make up the sofa as requested. Wasn't a 2nd bedroom- my daughter was going to stay with me but cancelled because of the wait and no proper place to sleep (sofa in lounge room with no way of blackening the room from outside lights) left dirty towel and ear cleaner and floor stunk of chemicals and felt sticky to walk on, so I had to buy a mop and recreant it. Food in car was going off so I went in clean the fridge myself and put my groceries in. Couldn't find the saucepans - on a shelf tucked back from view - easy to miss.

Great apartment but now what was advertised
Great apartment but not 2 bedrooms as listed. Booked this apartment so my daughter and I could have a private rooms. It’s one bedroom and a sofa bed (It does say this in the fine print). The pool was also closed for works which again was not communicated at time of booking.

It was an excellent place to stay in. Very clean and quite nice.
Close to everywhere and besides the private parking there's always easy parking in the surrounding streets.

Apartement is fantastic, the service was o.k.
The place was fantastic and we would stay again. The only problem was we found that there was not enough linen provided on the first night and a call to the phone number provided told us to send an email, which wasn't responded to until the next day. They did bring more linen after we had made contact.
