Blue Water Cottage is a charming holiday home located in a prime tourist area, just a two-minute stroll from both Fitzroy and East End Swimming Beaches. It is also conveniently situated near the Scenic Coastal Walkway. Guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, or windsurfing at the beautiful beaches and take leisurely walks along the Coastal Walkway, which connects them to local arts, culture, and shopping.



Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a sophisticated and serene space. The open-plan living area exudes beachy luxurious comfort, featuring soft tones and stunning views of the sparkling blue water. Open the doors from the living area to an elevated deck, perfect for relaxing with a glass of merlot while breathing in the salt spray and enjoying the breathtaking west coast water vista.

- Guests are required to leave the property tidy and clean

- Bookings exceeding 10 days incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days
