This 3 story living includes a renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, new outdoor living space with a covered gazebo, new decks and lots of natural light. Front door is equipped with keypad entry for convenient access.

We also offer 2 working spaces which include a desk, chair, monitor and printer for easy remote working. In the bunkbed room you will find games, books and puzzles for the kids. Be sure to check in the laundry room for the "Guest Essentials". Take what you need, leave what you don't. Lastly, we offer a few extra blankets and pillows in the front 2nd floor bedroom closet.

However, owners reserve the right to turn on if evidence lease has been broken. Minimum age to rent is 28. Group rentals - all guests must be at least 28 years. Images of licenses must be provided along with signed rental agreement. No parties, strictly enforced
