In addition you know you’re safe – the family and a cleaning team that work exclusively for me clean for 6 solid hours - sanitizing everything, moving the furniture, completely emptying and scrubbing the hot tub, strongly disinfecting bathrooms, scrubbing the barbecues, and more. Every week we bring home and launder all the bedding, mattress pads, bath rugs, mats, dishtowels, hand towels etc. and replace with duplicates. You can let your baby crawl on the floor without a single concern. Trust me – that is NOT what is going on in nearly every other rental on the island.

Other homes sleep 12+ people but don’t have the dining table or living room furniture to accommodate 12+ in comfort. And the sleeping is traditional bulky bunks (not disappearing Murphys) covering all the floor space, or uncomfortable sofa beds. We have ample living room furniture, a kitchen table for 6-8, bar seating for 8, and deck dining table for 12, and 8 additional bar chairs and bistro tables at the hot tub - all on the second floor with clear sight lines. You can entertain friends for a day at the beach followed by BBQ and hot tub with comfort and elbow room and parking.

Now for the best part! Your vacation begins at arrival because all the bedding is in place! No need to spend the first 3 hours of your vacation struggling to make up bunk beds like in other rentals! And you don’t need a car stuffed to the ceiling with comforters and toilet paper and beach chairs. The house has in place most necessities: toilet paper, hand soap and hand towel in every bathroom, air freshener, roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, scrubby sponge, dishwasher soap, salt/pepper, coffee K-cups, tea bags, sugar/Splenda, napkins, kitchen dish towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets, spare propane for the barbecue, and more.

Wait! One more thing! At 16 68th Street, you save trouble and expense because the beach tags are included, and there’s no need to rent bicycles, or buy over-priced boogie boards. It’s all included at the house.
