Situated in Old town on a beautiful tree-lined street, our modern happy house has an in ground private pool currently closed till spring 2025, with tennis and basketball courts across the st. Take in the serenity of the neighbourhood by having coffee or your favourite wine in our private backyard. You can also take a dip in the in-ground pool and catch some sunshine! Unplug and recharge...
Our happy home is located in a great location. There is so much to do in Niagara On The Lake! We are quick drive to all the local wineries such as Jackson Triggs, Stratus vineyards, Strewn wineries, Two sisters vineyards, restaurants, walking trails, Shaw festival and so much more...
Our home includes:
- 3 bedroom + 2 bathrooms total 2000 sq ft
- Office w/ high speed Wi-Fi
- 2 Smart 50” 4K TVs ( Netflix, Amazon prime etc )
- Laundry room with Samsung washer & dryer

SWIMMING POOL - By booking you are confirming that you comply by the following terms & conditions:
NO Glassware allowed in the pool please. NO DIVING and no horseplay! Shower or rinse off before entering the pool. If you are not a strong swimmer, you must wear life jacket. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO LIFEGUARD! Guests agrees to hold the Landlord harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence that may occur from using the outdoor swimming pool & assumes all responsibility for other habitants and guests. We have outdoor security cameras in the front and back of the house along with a video door bell so no unauthorized guest to stay overnight. No Open Fires in the backyard as per NOTL By-Laws, town will issued $900 fine.

No loud music from 10pm to 8am! Keep all doors closed. We have outdoor security cameras and video doorbell so no unauthorized guests stay overnight.
Guests have to sign a waiver to use the swimming pool. We have pool and yard maintenance workers come every week and will require access to the home.
Security Cameras: They are not actively monitored and are for insurance purposes. Tampering or disabling cameras will result in immediate eviction!

This house was amazing and perfect location for our stay. Definitely walkable to several spots and short drive to others. Host was very quick to respond to any and all emails. We would definitely recommend this house and should we ever come back this way we would love to stay here. I would have given 6 stars if possible. Thank you Shawn and Ally

Happy Stay at Happy House

My girlfriends and I came for a mini reunion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happy House! It’s in a great location and is a beautiful, well-maintained property with plenty of space for our entire group. We would happily come back!

When we arrived, one of the showers had a leak and the door did not lock, we then only had one shower for 4 people, the coffee machines were not working, however, the host did send out a plumber to try to rectify the leak issue and they did provide us with a working coffee machine the same day and also provided us with a discount for our inconvenience..

Hello Gillian, Thank you for your review. Again, we apologize for the ill-timed maintenance the shower required. It is unfortunate it happened during your stay. I appreciate you mentioning our rapid response to the coffee maker, however, upon investigation we we found the machine to be working perfectly. Unfortunately this sounds like it may have been user error. With respect to the lock, that was never mentioned during your stay and also upon inspection is working as intended. We're glad you accepted our compensation for the shower inconvenience, and are happy you were able to enjoy your stay. Shawn

Great location and beautiful house!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of places for everyone to go if they needed space. Our favorite part was the backyard with plenty of seating and areas to relax or play a game together.

Wonderful week in Niagara

It sure is a Happy House! We really enjoyed our week in NOTL with my dog. The pergola in the backyard was a perfect spot to eat, read and relax despite the very hot weather. My dog loved racing around the backyard and the house was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Another wonderful week

My family and I, along with my dog, spent another wonderful week at Happy House. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing week and was very convenient to shopping, wineries and the lake. We absolutely loved the backyard. The pergola and pool were perfect for the hot summer days. We will definitely be back.

Friends Getaway

We stayed at the happy house for a girls weekend, we had the best time!. The property is beautiful, the house is clean with so many amenities and housed all of us comfortably. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck with tons of space and seating. The house is close to all the NOTL has to offer. The owners were so kind, gave us great recommendations and were so communicative to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood

After a long day of travel, we welcomed the sight of the house with lights and heat on, ready for us. The house was sparkling clean, and the four beds (king, queen, 2 twins) in three bedrooms were all comfortable as was the double chaise lounge couch in the living room. The house is very close to the Niagra-On-The-Lakes downtown where we frequented a local coffee shop and various restaurants and shops. Niagra Falls is also within an easy drive.

Lovely Getaway to Niagara on the Lake

The Happy House certainly lives up to its name! We spent a long weekend with our daughters and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful decor to the comfortable furnishings to the breathtaking backyard space, Happy House was just perfect. The neighborhood was amazing - perfect for walks with our dog. The proximity to Old Town was also great - just the right distance for a day trip or dinner. We especially loved sitting in the beautiful and peaceful backyard space sipping on local wine! An amazing trip all around! Thank you!

Henley Happenings

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and the home was just as listed. We loved relaxing by the pool and sitting outside at the table under the pergola. Plenty of room inside for our full house and we had everything we needed to eat in and relax at "home." Easy to enjoy everything in the area as well. We could quickly get to downtown NOTL and the Candian Henley rowing course in St. Catherines. THANK YOU!

Would stay again

Clean home with plenty of space. Outdoor area would be very nice in the summer. There is no master ensuite or for that matter any ensuite. All three bedrooms are in a row up a short flight of stairs with full bath at the end of the hall and the other full bath is downstairs. It worked fine for us. We were a party of six with my husband and myself, and our three adult kids and a daughter in law. We travel as a group often and this was fine but it may not work for everyone. House has a very nice kitchen . Very quiet location but easily accessible to downtown.

Weekend get away

Could not be more happy with our stay at the happy house. We were able to check in early then expected which was great. Upon our arrival there was a lovey welcome note with some treats which was unexpected but much appreciated. The home was beautiful as listed, very clean and comfortable. The backyard is a little oasis in itself however the pool is not heated an a little chilly but very refreshing during the hot summer days. Location was very central and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and boutiques. The homeowners provided a booklet with all necessary information to easy our stay and included location and style of near by restaurants which was great! We ended up taking one of their recommendations for dinner and it surely did not diss appoint. Last the home owners were quick to reply to any questions and assure to provide contact during our stay! Would highly recommend choosing this home during your stay in the area.

We love spending time in our beautiful private backyard and un plug from the urban life to recharge and relax! We are big foodies and love the variety of restaurants/kraft breweries available locally. This is our "happy place" and we want to share it with our guests :)
