The Space:

Gunyulgup is one of two identical villas at Artisan. Step into this magical lakeside retreat and be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views. Whether sipping local wine, exploring nearby art galleries, or hiking coastal trails, the villa offers an unforgettable, wellness getaway.



The open-plan living area offers a plush lounge set and TV by a stone fireplace—perfect for chilly evenings. Play chef in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen with a concrete island and hidden appliances and host an intimate meal in the stylish indoor dining space. Outside, opt for alfresco dining or drinks on the stone patio, complete with a BBQ and panoramic lake views.



The two luxurious king bedrooms each have ensuites, one with a freestanding bath for ultimate relaxation. Dark, moody tones and soft lighting create a cosy retreat at the end of the day.



An outdoor hot shower and washing machine await after a beach day, and a Tesla charger ensures easy travel if needed. A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
