Spacious Guest Suite with Private Entrance, Hot tub, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath

Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially its own apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Our basement-level guest suite offers all of the comforts of home. Separated from the upper level of the house, it contains all of the following purely for guest use.

2 bedrooms - One room offers a king bed, electric fireplace, tv, and sitting area. The other room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A pack n play is available.

Living room - Comfy couches and chairs, TV with roku, foosball table, and stylish finishes compliment the open layout. Bins of toys and a variety of board games are available. One couch has a hide-a-bed with a queen sized memory foam mattress inside.

Kitchen - Well stocked with small appliances for basic cooking: fridge and freezer, electric burners, microwave, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and crock pot. Dishes, glassware, silverware, and essential cooking tools are all available. Simple breakfast items are provided including cereal, milk, coffee, cream, granola bars, pancake mix, & syrup. We also stock the kitchen with a few local beverage options and microwave popcorn.

Dining - Counter height table with 6 chairs extends if desired for more elbow room. A high chair is available upon request.

Bathroom - Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and hair dryer are all stocked in the 3/4 bath.

Laundry - High capacity washer and dryer are available with free & clear laundry detergent.
