It is important to note that not all accommodations or architectural styles can cater to every individual preference. Therefore, it is advisable for those with specific requirements to inquire in advance to ensure they select the most suitable accommodation and bedding type, thereby avoiding unnecessary disappointment. Additionally, if an aversion to animals is an issue, selecting a property explicitly described as a farm stay with animals, including a roaming dog, should be avoided, as this information is clearly provided before booking.

It was a pleasure having you all stay. Yes, the building is much more suitable for a smaller group as advertised, though we do our best in such a restricted building area. Gold Coast Tree Houses worked hard to gain approval for such a development to accomadate people in such a remote area of the bush. We are so pleased you did have the opertunity to enjoy the area with us.

Regrettably, this guest has posted a negative review on a public platform while failing to acknowledge their behavior regarding additional guests during their stay. Our Terms & Conditions clearly outline the number of occupants permitted based on the rate paid. We exercised our right to address the presence of extra guests who were included in the booking. We sincerely hope that all guests had an enjoyable experience. However, it is important to note that they attempted to circumvent our policies by bringing in extra individuals without informing management, despite being aware of the associated charges. Consequently, their account was appropriately billed for this oversight.
