Perfect place

Walking distance to beach. Pool perfect for the family. Dog friendly. 2nd time here and loved it.

Returning Again

Fun time, great space, great location. One block from the beach. Great location and facility to bringing your dog. Family couldn't have been happier.

Location is Key!!

Our week at Sandtrap #1 was wonderful! The space was the PERFECT location! So close to everything and a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golfcart and drove it everywhere for the week. The linen package was definitely worth adding on! Only downfall was all the stomping around we could hear from the unit above us, but even that couldn't make me rate the place lower. The check in and out process was super easy and communication was prompt and pleasant! Would definitely stay at this property again!

We never knew there were tenants above us. We will return next year.

clean, pet friendly, close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was great. The pool was in great shape, very clean and the water was considerably warm for April. House was clean. Only improvements I would recommend were more large plates and utensils for the kitchen. Nice location. Very thankful for a nice, clean place that accepts large dogs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good location, but very noisy with both the outside traffic and the other guests. Very "thin walls." Cleaning fee is pretty high considering they expect the place to be spotless upon leaving.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the noise near your unit. We do have many properties that would be a bit more isolated, so you wouldn't have so much traffic noise. We look forward to having you stay with us again!

Bathroom shower was amazing but space between sink and toilet is very small. Also the internet keep buffering and was slow so we could not watch TV. We did not call about this issue though.

Sandtrap 1

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay! Kids enjoyed the pool , basketball court, and the volleyball court. The only complaint was that when we first got there and pulled down the covers there was hair on the mattress protectors but it did not phase us much. It was clean and ready for use and overall a wonderful company to book with! This place had everything you could need and more. Short walk to the beach, lots of places to eat at and explore near by and everyone in north myrtle was so friendly. We had one internet issue and they came and fixed it within 15 minutes.

Perfect for the Entire Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandtrap was perfect for the entire family, including the fur baby's. The place was nice, clean, and had many nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. The location was close to anything you wanted to do, and it was only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The only issue we had was with the door code. They had to provide us with the master code and said Maintenance would stop by to help us set our own code. They never did show up, so we used the master code the entire time.

Great family memories

The office was responsive and we found the accommodations to be affordable as compared to other beach destinations. It was nice having the pool just outside of our back door. The kids really had a blast. We did have a couple minor issues that would not impact a future stay at Sandtrap. Because we had a first floor unit, the renters above us were loud and we could hear them stomping across their unit until the late night hours. We did find 2 large roaches in our unit, which we had to kill. We stayed in unit 1. There is another building outside of that window that has carport lights on at night that light up the room. Lastly, we would have loved an option for an early check in, but that is not available. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Love having the beach close by and all of the amenities just a quick drive away.

Perfect place for a vacation getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and bright, clean and well stocked as far as cookware and dishes. Beds were great, mattresses vary in firmness so you can be like Goldilocks and find the one that fits you just right. Bathroom was up to date with plenty of hot water. Step out your back donor and the pool is right there. Dog park is less than ten minutes away, clean with great pet owners to friend. Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. Loved getting to know the workers who were friendly, caring and dedicated. Sit in the backyard and listen to the ocean at night while you count the stars!

Escape The Virus Retreat!

I enjoyed the proximity of the rental to the beach, the strip, golf courses, and champions park for our dog. Jean was awesome every step of the way! She handled all our needs effortlessly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can say enough about her southern hospitality and friendliness. We look forward to coming back to the same place next year, and have already made our deposit! God Bless South Carolina!

Sandtrap #1

TV's were on in the bedrooms, & the commode was just flushed. Kinda creepy. The TV in the living room never did work & the front bedroom TV kept saying "no signal". But we stayed in the back bedroom which was fine. We spilled a glass of tea on one of the comforters in the back bedroom so we washed both comforters; they smelled kind of musty anyway... The main suggestion I have would be to put lighting at the bottom of the front stairs & beside the laundry room.. Overall we had a great trip.

Thank you for taking the time to review Sandtrap 1. We do leave the TV's and lights on, as well as check the bathroom before each guest comes in. That way, if you arrived late, the unit would be lit up for you. Every TV is a bit different, so we always want to know that they worked when you arrived. Please call our office if you have any issues and we will be glad to take care of it. Thanks for washing the comforters, spills happen. We look forward to having you stay with us in the future.
