Set in the Pirate's Bay complex, you'll be on the bay overlooking Santa Rosa Island and will have a small sandy beach. With easy access to local attractions, beach activities, and the Okaloosa boardwalk, you won't have to go far for sun-filled fun.

Stepping into the spacious studio, you'll be greeted by bay views flooding in from the sliding glass doors that lead to your private deck. Kick back on a chair, or lounge on the queen bed while you flip through the cable channels or watch a DVD on the HDTV.

Make a quick cocktail and head out on the deck to take in your sweeping bay views. Snap a few pictures and then connect to the WiFi to post them and show off your vacation. The shared washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while the central air-conditioning keeps you comfortable.

Fire up the charcoal BBQ in the common area to grill up fresh local seafood while you take in the views. If grilling isn't your thing, there is a kitchenette inside that features a two-burner range, refrigerator, and a microwave to heat up your tasty leftovers, plus small appliances including a coffeemaker and blender.

When it's time to turn in, this studio has room for up to four guests to enjoy the views. The soft queen bed will lull you into a restful night of sleep, while your guests will enjoy the plush sofa bed. With plenty of space for your belongings and even a toaster for a quick morning bite, you'll have everything you need for an amazing stay.

Wake up, grab a bite to eat, and hit the waves on a rented kayak of SUP. Paddle through the waters of Santa Rosa Sound as you explore the the local maritime environment.

Grab a spot on the warm sandy beaches on Okaloosa Island and enjoy the gentle waves crashing at your feet. Swing by the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park to see the dolphins jump and the sting rays swim by. Then come home to float the day away in the community pool.

Whether you're catching a show at the Gulfarium, sitting on the sun-drenched beaches, or swimming in the pool, this Florida retreat has it all.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a dock available to guest as well as a private boat slips available to rent if your unit does not have a boat slip. Guest must have boat insurance to use boat slip and fill out necessary paperwork for HOA. If the unit does not come with a boat slip there are boat slips available for rent and Managed by the HOA (contact HOA 850-243-3154
Please be aware Pirates Bay does not have a boat launch. There are 3 options to launch a boat.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
