Stayed here for 7 nights with my mom and 3 year old grandson. Great communication, very clean, convenient parking! The location of the room provided privacy because it wasn't in an area of the building that had any foot traffic at all, no other guests had to walk by to get to the pool or beach area as was the case with a lot of the other 1st floor rooms. Great hosts and great room for guests with kids.

Clean, spacious, everything needed for a lovely beach visit. Lots of Beach toys, chairs, and other items included. This condo is at the front of the facility. We liked the ground floor access, the short walk to the beach and pool but still felt very seclude since it didn't front the pool area.

Our family of six lives in Georgia, but Okaloosa Island has truly become our home away from home. Over the years, we’ve made so many special memories here, and with family living on the island, it felt like the perfect place to invest in a space of our own.

We recently updated our condo with comfort, simplicity, and relaxation in mind, and we’re excited to share it with you.

One of the things we love most—and know you will too—is how easy everything is here. You can park, walk right into the unit, drop your bags, and be at the pool or on the beach within minutes. It’s the kind of place where vacation starts the moment you arrive.

Welcome to the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island, just minutes from Destin. We hope you love it here as much as we do.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Waters Edge offers one of the largest beachfront pools on Okaloosa Island, heated year-round and perfectly positioned just steps from the Gulf.

A short walk to the right of the building at Beach Access #4 leads to a recently installed artificial reef located about 150 yards offshore—ideal for snorkeling and exploring marine life.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Ground floor walkout steps to pool and beach
Skip elevators and long walks park walk straight in and be at the pool or on the beach within minutes from your private patio

Complimentary beach setup March through October
Relax with 2 chairs and an umbrella included daily no hauling gear just show up and enjoy the Emerald Coast

Spacious updated condo with high ceilings
A rare find for a one bedroom bright open layout with modern coastal updates that feels larger and more comfortable than most units
