After reviewing the communication, I see that the misunderstanding with the rates is related to how VRBO displays its fees. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to control the format of how VRBO displays rates prior to booking. However, guests have access to these additional fees (cleaning fees, taxes, pet fees, additional guests, etc.), before confirming their reservation and making their payment.
