Everything about this cabin was great for our family. The cabin was clean and had everything we could have needed as a family of 5. The location is great. You aren’t far from things but still get that in the mountain feel. My husband is already talking about booking again.

The cabin was roomy and comfortable. Only real issues was the microwave not working but y’all were right on top of that and provided a new one immediately. There is a lightbulb out in the living room lamp and another in the bedroom. Enhancements that would be great are improved lighting in the dining room. While playing games at the dining room table we had a little difficulty in seeing our domino numbers and while playing cards. Suggestions would be increased wattage on the lights. We didn’t use the fireplace or the hot tub. Beds were comfortable, water pressure could use some major improvements. The refrigerator kept our supplies almost too cold. It actually froze the strawberries. I looked inside to try and locate a temperature control knob but didn’t see anything. The front door on the inside could use an entry rug to wipe soiled shoes from the dew on the front yard grass. It might be a good idea to add a safety bar inside the downstairs shower. Having a fire extinguisher available was a positive. Safety is always foremost!Thank you for providing a chance for this review. These assist the owner in making the necessary changes and adjustments to help make their rental a better place for future tenants.

Overall, the cabin was what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The lint trap in the dryer was overflowing with lint. The microwave doesn’t work. Carpets are stained. Downstairs bathroom shower had a thick layer of dust on the are where the soap rests.

The cabin was clean and bright. Very roomy for 4 adults and two kids under 10. Above average hot tub, very clean. We used the pool table a lot, though somewhat unlevel. The full size washer and dryer were great. The coffee pot was not functioning properly but we always travel with our own just in case. The beds were comfortable and linens soft. And there is a good mountain view from the deck. We would stay here again and definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful cabin; however, there were issues. The sofa needs replacing. One arm has zero padding with the wood frame being the support. The actual sofa is just wore out. The couch’s lack of comfort forced my husband and I to sit apart all week. The hot water evidently is preprogramed. We had to take Luke warm showers all week. Some people want to take a hot shower- I am one of them. There is also an ant problem inside the cabin.

Amazing stay! One of our favorites! The property manager Lori was very attentive and gracious, we really appreciated her prompt responses. Pictures and amenities were exactly as listed. The porch was amazing and the view of the Smokies were incredible. Loved soaking in the hot tub in the evening. This was a perfect getaway for a baseball tournament! We loved the cabin so much and we will absolutely be back!

Our honeymoon

The cabin and property was beautiful. We liked the location and the peace and quiet. We had two major issues. First issue was the propane grill caught on fire the second day we were there. It was bad enough that after the propane was completely off the fire was increasing. I had to use a fire extinguisher to keep from burning the place down not to mention the food was toast. We contacted the person on the sheet to let them know what happened. They told us they were not responsible for that property. Second issue was the hot water would not last long enough to fill downstairs tub even half way full. Other things like dog poop on second level deck between chairs and no ice maker or ice trays. All these things were expected to work as advertised or should be taken care of by the cleaning fees paid. The grill was not maintained regularly and dog poop should not be left from the previous guest. And if you rent a place with a jetted tub you should be able to use it.

Birthday week!

The cabin was awesome! In a great location away from the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes to town! Loved the coziness of the cabin, it was a great week! Easy to access and the beds, omg, those beds are very comfy!!!

The house was very clean. We loved the location and even my 3 year old kept telling us how beautiful the house was when we got there. We would definitely come back for another visit.

Amazing time with family

Everything about the cabin was absolutely fantastic! The views were amazing. The hot tub was nice three beds, and perfectly located just far enough outside of the busyness to have quiet privacy. will absolutely be going back to this cabin with my kids again.

Nice Cabin!

The cabin was nice, in a quiet location with pretty views. There were a few maintenance things that need to be taken care of, but nothing that caused any issues for us. Several lights (including the one in the stairwell) did not work. The gas logs would not work, but communication with the host was fast and she tried to help us problem solve. It was a short weekend stay, and no one could come out to look at the logs before we left, but that is understandable. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great.

A little more traffic on road than i might have liked but generally quiet location. Nice views and great property overall. Checkin was easy and the property manager was able to help instanly on the phone (i missed the enail given the title)

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin for our 3 night stay. We woke up one morning to a deer enjoying her breakfast right behind the cabin. The cabin had plenty to do on our down time. Only thing I do not remember reading was all three beds were on all different floors and there was only one ping pong paddle but other than that everything was just as listed. Not a far drive from things but also out of the way. Definitely recommend and would love to come back for another visit!

Great place!

This cabin was wonderful! Plenty of space and great view from side deck. It was close enough to all the things we wanted to do and didn't have a killer road to get up to it!
