Incredible Stay

This apartment was above and beyond our expectations. It was beautifully appointed, sparkly clean, and a wonderful location. Joy and Dom were wonderful Inkeepers not only in the logistics, but in their kindness and promptness to questions. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 teens loved it. We hope to be back soon.

Resposta de VrboOwner em 10 de abr. de 2025
Hi Thomas,. Thanks so much for taking the time to review your stay at Anchor Point #3! I recall that you stayed with us between the dates of June 6-13th, 2023. and while not leaving a review, you messaged me in June 2024, saying. "I have stayed with you before a year or so ago. Most enjoyable!" You booked another stay with us at Anchor Point Apartments for the dates of August 19-26th, 2024, but then messaged again to say that you had meant to stay August 12-19th. The same day, you messaged to say that the original dates, of August 19th-26th were, correct. On July 27th, 2024, you then wrote again and expressed that there was a medical emergency with you and your daughter - less than a month ahead of your planned visit. We kindly agreed to change the reservation again, and only charged the difference between low-season rates, in which August falls, and the new dates. (April: High Season). On the day ahead of your one week stay (April 7th), you text us to say that the AC in the master bedroom was making loud noises, and that you wanted to "let us know so we [can] check it out tomorrow". While I fully validate your 4* review, with the comment "Ok", this does make me saddened to read. Dom and I did our utmost to make your stay an enjoyable one, and we will hope you will consider staying with us again. Please feel free to reach out to me and let me know how we can make it up to you! Warmest Regards, Joy

Great Location in Governors Harbour on the ocean

We had a great six weeks. The apartment was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. There was five restaurants, three grocery stores, a bakery, and a liquor store (with an amazing slection of wines) all within walking distances. We have stayed in Eleuthera twice before for periods of 5 to 6 weeks and really appreciated this time having a backup generator! The dishwasher was also a nice addition. Dom the Super was just great. He answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment had three patios and two of them had a beautiful view of the ocean and Laughing Bird Cay. All and all a wonderful place.

INCREDIBLE

When we first saw the apartment on VRBO, I thought it was too good to be true! But everything was PERFECT!!!! Dom and Joy were excellent hosts. Much information was provided to us when we arrived along with a book with all of the information we needed for the beaches, restaurants, things to do, etc. I can't say enough about this place. Very tidy and clean. Had everything we needed and were very comfy. Location and view is incredible. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Definitely miss the cooing sounds of the birds and the chickens. Our week stay was comfortable and memorable! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot

Anchor Point was the perfect location in GH nearby to restuarants & food stores. Dom & Joy were super accomodating with any concerns I had. The on property generator came in handy with the few power loses we suffered due to weather. We will definitely be back!
