OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

A maximum limit of 2 dogs is permitted for an additional fee. Per HOA community covenants no RV parking is permitted in the neighborhood.
