Great spot for our family beach getaway. Elevator made it so convenient for mobility-impaired member of our party to enjoy the rental. View from the balconies and bedrooms is stunning. Kitchen comes with everything needed to cook and prepare meals.

Beautiful house that has been well kept. House had every comfort of home. So much space for everyone to spread out and have alone time while all being able to be together. Cant wait to stay again next year.

We had the best week at this home! The views were incredible and the host had everything we could possibly need. Very family friendly! We hope to visit again!

Perfection

Location couldn’t be beat. We are during the off season (but still warm) and the beach was very quiet. Perfect beach house!

Beachfront Oasis 100%

This property spoiled our family with beachfront access, gorgeous views from almost every room, well stocked home with all the amenities, and quick communication from property management. Wonderful experience!

Great Cousins Trip!

We stayed at this house with 3 families: 4 adults and 8 kids ages 7-14, and had an amazing experience. The house was clean and well equipped - we cooked every night and had all of the dishes, pans, utensils, etc. we could possibly need, and we ESPECIALLY appreciated the grills. The gas grill uses the gas line from the house, so you just have to switch it on and off - no propane tank needed! We also really liked the large dining room table and outdoor table/seating. All of the other supplies were plentiful - bath linens, toilet paper, soap, etc. We had plenty of space for our crew, and appreciated the variety of sleeping arrangements; although, "sleeps 13" assumes every full/queen sleeps two people. One teen slept on the couch in the living room, so we would have loved an additional twin/twin bunk and/or another common area couch somewhere.We loved the beachfront property with private access. There is a public beach access right next door, but the beach never got overly crowded. The outdoor hoses and shower were convenient, but there were not a lot of beach supplies (no chairs or boogie boards, just some sand toys) - not a complaint, just good to know to bring your own!

Hi Jessica. Glad you had a great time and thank you for your feedback. Btw Jessica, there is a trundle in the bunk bedroom on the middle floor. I am not sure if you used it or not. So in essence, there is 1king, 3 Queens, 3 Full size and 2 twin beds incl the trundle. Private response: yes Jessica. You should have texted us. The way to shut the elevator is through the breaker panel. Next time I guess :)

Topsail 2022

Very nice house! Great location for beach going and walking. Had a title pool out front everyday! Great for the little ones. Clean and well set up house.

Want to come back!

The photos do not do this home with a view justice. We had the most incredible time at the mostly private beach and gorgeous house. We did not want to leave. Worth every penny.

Beautiful home

Stayed at this home for my birthday weekend with some friends and family and it was wonderful. Had plenty of space for all of us and it was one of the most well equipped rentals I've ever stayed at. Topsail is a little secluded from most grocery stores so we cooked at home a lot and this home had everything from all the grill utensils to serving trays, which was a great surprise seeing as many rentals nowadays come with the bare minimum amenities, but this place had it all. The beach front access was wonderful and the host was super responsive and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again and looking forward to next year's trip already!

Clean, well organized, beautiful home with great views

We stayed at the house for our annual family getaway. Everyone loved the house. The elevator rocked!! One of us was on crutches from a recent surgery. Instead of hopping up 3 flights of stairs, he was able to get to the living room without a problem. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a home that can accommodate a large number of people with spectacular views

Beach House at Beachfront Oasis

This house became our home for four days for my daughter's beachfront wedding and reception at the museum. It was perfect! The house as our home, the wedding venue and the beach was wonderful!!! We had a sunny day, a cloudy day and a little rain-but it all stopped for the wedding and the inside of the house had sliding doors on 4 of the bedrooms to see the ocean-so if you did not go outside-it was OK! The decks were clean and perfect for sitting and viewing the best a beach vacation can offer. The house manager was on task and assisted us in getting more time at the home which we needed. There were simply no issues with the home; and it provided a perfect place for my family to be together. About the house itself-beautiful, clean, easy to move into and live for a few days, it was happy and made the entire family's lives easier and it was a wonderful companion to a beautiful wedding.

Winter retreat

We rented this property for a long weekend retreat with some childhood friends. The location was perfect! Right on the ocean. Beautiful view! We couldn’t really enjoy the wonderful deck because of weather. Snow flurries. But that’s the chance you take in January and the view made up for it. The only negative thing I’d say is there is not enough comfortable seating in the living room. But everything else was wonderful!

As for the seating, we chose not to overcrowd the living space area since we maximize the space outside. We offer many places to enjoy the views with large decks. Inside, there are Smart TVs in each bedroom to provide comfort and privacy. In addition to the L-shape sofa, our intent is that all of our other seating in that area are dual-purpose, like the dining room table that seats ten, and the kitchen island has four stools. Having said that, we just added a barrel chair. Thanks again for your comments, we always value our guest's feedback to continuously make your stay the best experience possible."

Very beautiful house on quite part of island

Couldn’t be happier with our weekend stay. The house is in very good taste, perfect for any vacation. We have stayed at many houses on topsail; with this house you won’t spend any time messing around with old appliances, you can simply enjoy the beach. Thank you and we hope to be welcomed to this home again in the future.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay and found it refreshing to be able to communicate easily with the property owners/managers. They even took the time to send us via UPS a laptop that we left behind. They were responsive and gave us great tips about the property! Highly recommend.
