Great stay for our whole family!

We loved our stay at the enclave. The property was clean and worked great for our whole family to gather. After a long day of skiing, the sauna and steam shower were amazing!

Great Ski Rental

Great property for a family ski trip. Walkable to River Run if you're ok with a 10 minute walk. Or a short drive. We did both. Several markets/restaurants within walking distance. Though we cooked every night. And only a 15 minute drive to the City Market for groceries. Second time in this development and we'll be back again!

Great location and for families

This property was great for two families with small children to visit. Walking distance to Keystone Village and a quick car ride to Dillon. The condo definitely needed a deep clean and a little love. The kitchen drawers were janky with handles falling off, one of the windows upstairs didn’t open properly, and the back deck railing was falling off-amongst a few other things. Other than that, the space worked for our us.

We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address any issues you were experiencing. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. -Our maintenance team is currently addressing the cabinet handles and the back railing. Disappointed

The view was amazing, but the cleanliness & upkeep of this townhome was very disappointing & unacceptable for the amount we paid to stay here. All the showers had very bad mold & mildew, shower rails & towel rods were missing, the drains were clogged, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bath, some lights wouldn’t work, the Keurig didn’t work & much more, but too long to list. This townhome has been neglected & needs a deep cleaning & update.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -The showers don't have mold or mildew. We do recognize they can get hard water stains, and our cleaning team cleaned for four hours prior to your arrival. We'll collaborate with them on doing a deeper clean of the bathrooms. -We haven't had past comments about the drains. We wish you would've let us know during your stay about these concerns so we could've addressed them immediately. -You did notify us about the lights, and we addressed that during your stay. We used the Keurig just before your stay and it was working, and we've since replaced the humidifier filters. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Disappointed

The view was amazing, but the townhome was in very poor condition. The showers had terrible mold & mildew in them with missing shower rails & towel rods. The master bathroom tub & sinks we’re clogged with a very slow drain. Some of the lights & humidifiers didn’t work, along with the Keurig coffee maker. The plastic end covers on the floor heaters were all falling off. The cleanliness & overall care of the place was in very poor condition & has obviously been neglected. This is unacceptable for what they’re charging to stay here.

Well stocked but clubhouse is closed

We took an end of the summer trip to Keystone! The townhome was Super roomy for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and spices. The bathrooms were not extremely clean and the could use an update. The location was good and we ventured to Breckenridge and Dillion for activities. Their is a view of the ski hill and mountain from the living room. Overall we had a fabulous trip!

Highly Recommend!

The perfect Keystone condo - great location, excellent space for entertaining with the open concept main floor with large living room next to a cozy fireplace, dining space, well stocked kitchen, and an amazing view off the balcony. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the location is so close to the shared amenities, restaurants, and Keystone village. The nearby shuttle also makes everything easily accessible although there are many options an easy walk away. We’ve now stayed here two times and will be our go-to for our next visits! Thank you to the gracious and accommodating hosts!
