This was such a beautiful property and made our family vacation that much better! We loved spending time on the spacious back porch and spending the early mornings on the bench swing overlooking the lake. My daughter loved the sandbox and all of the room outside to runaround on. It was the perfect place for our family.

When we were stuck in a snow storm the host was SO accommodating. The property is easy to get to. It’s maintained. We will definitely stay again.

Always a great stay at the Larks Lake Lodge

This was our second year gathering at the Larks Lake Lodge and yet again it did not disappoint. Winter or summer, It’s a perfect fit for large groups or families. The kids love the paddle boat and room to play both outside and in.

The house is in a great location near a little pub that served great drinks and poutine. The house has plenty of room for family.

Great ski trip

Went up for the weekend with two families. The house was perfect for our ski trip to Nubs Nob. It was the perfect size for the 8 of us, clean, and well appointed.

Ski weekend with four families

Great location for skiing at Nubs. Very spacious for adults and kids to spread out. The lake would have been fun if it had been cold enough for safe ice. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Great house

This is our second time. Big spacious house and great for families with kids. Close to ski hills and great bar/restaurant ! Would recommend!

Larks Lake Lodge was clean, well stocked with amenities, and we especially enjoyed the game room area. Beautiful setting overlooking the lake and easy access with vehicles, being able to pull in to the driveway from the lake side of the lot and exit on the side behind the house, with plenty of parking in between. Comfortable beds. Strong WiFi. A quiet get-away, yet a short drive to down hill skiing, restaurants, and in the winter, able to access the snowmobile trail system across the road. Recommend highly.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view of the lake from all the bedrooms. Very quiet peaceful area. Wonderful experience

Great place with friends

This place was perfect for 4 couples and visiting northern Michigan in July. The house was clean and the layout was ideal for our group. We also enjoyed playing shuffleboard in the evenings. Mouse Jaw Junction was a short walk through the woods and the food was great. Great time overall!

Great place for a family!

This was great for our family of 6! Lots of space to spread out if we wanted, but cozy enough to be all together too. It had everything we needed for all the cooking we wanted to do. The swing by lake was a favorite spot of ours. Response time from the owners when we had a small issue was timely.

Girls weekend trip

The house was perfect, exactly like the online pictures! It was very clean! The yard and view was beautiful! The ride into the city, and island was very easy, not far a all! Perfect for a vacation, family trip, girls trip, etc! The communication with the property owners was great! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Week at Larks Lake Lodge

Spacious, quiet setting. Everything was as advertised. Had some problems with the oven, the property manager was responsive and refunded some of our money for the inconvenience.

Peaceful and Convenient

The house was lovely and had an amazing deck to relax with views of the lake. Convenient stores are about 7-25 minute drives. 25 minute drives to Mackinac City and Petoskey. Would definitely return for another getaway

Adorable peaceful cabin

We had the best time at the cabin, it was warm, cozy, and beautiful. The views outside the window were stunning. Check-in was smooth, and we were able to check in sooner than the designated check-in time. Being that we were traveling with 3 kiddos, and had a 7 hour drive, it was SUPER convenient so get in the house an hour earlier instead of spending another hour in the car. Will definitely return!
