Beautiful sandy beach waterfront ranch on Lake Erie with 0.4 acre of land. Very private on a dead end street with wooded areas across and on one side. Classy but cozy decoration throughout. 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath that can accommodate up to 8 persons (maximum 4 adults + 4 kids, or 5 adults + 2 kids, or 6 adults)Open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Panoramic windows overlooking the scenic backyard and the lake, with door to patio deck with propane BBQ. The backyard leads down to the private sandy beach with 90' of water frontage. Close to Point Pelee and ferry to Pelee Island.

Super stay for our third or fourth time. Excellent, communicative, responsive host. Excellent spacious and well appointed accommodation. Always clean and well kept. This is our go-to home for the spring migration at Pelee and Western Ontario. Centrally located and an easy drive from everywhere one might want to bird.

Our stay was lovely! The house had everything you could need and was very clean and welcoming at our arrival. Our hosts were wonderful with clear communication and instructions for our stay. The private beach experience was amazing!

Lovely home with all the amenities you could ever need. Beautiful lake views for daytime and comfortable seating for evenings. Our group of four adults were very comfortable in this home. It provided us the perfect location for rest and relaxation.

I very much enjoyed staying here. The cottage was amazing, much better than the pictures and was very clean. We also went swimming on several occasions and used the bonfire. Overall, it was a perfect vacation for my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely come back in the future.

Quiet and relaxing!

Very comfortable, well-stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the lake and the surrounding area. If you enjoy wine tasting, there are many great wineries to visit in the area also. Great communication with host, highly recommended property!

Great area. Good fishing

Beautiful home on the water with a wonderful back yard and large garage. We had a wonderful vacation for a whole month and wished we could have stayed another month!

Great getaway

This property had all the amenities you would need. Absolutely lovely views, beautifully decorated with all the finishing touches. They supplied everything we needed for our long weekend get away.

Relaxing and beautiful

Had a fantastic time in Canada. The location of your home is perfect. Sunrises in the morning on the lake makes for quite a wonderful start to each day. Every amenity you can think of was at your fingertips. Thank you for sharing your home.

Visit to Pelee Island

A long awaited trip with friends to the Pelee Island area. The accommodation and location was perfect for us to visit and be tourists in that part of Ontario. So much nicer than staying in a hotel! It was so well equipped, we didn’t want for anything. Beautiful area of the Province.

Peace and quiet

We stayed here with a group of seven and absolutely loved it! Very close to Point Pelee and Leamington, as well as other attractions. The house is clean and well cared for and the beach is easily accessible, clean and private. The whole communication and check in / checkout process was super easy! Thanks for having us!

A beautiful get away

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage very much! Amber and William were great hosts who were easy to reach and very friendly. The water was warm, clean and the kids enjoyed swimming there during our stay. Everything was organized and clean when we arrived, they had all the amenities we needed. Beach house in July

We had a nice time staying at Willy and Amber’s beach house. It is located in a remote residential area on the lake. The backyard over looks the lake and it’s about 20 steps down to a private beach area. The beach is a mix of sand and rocks. The water was warm and gets deep quickly. The backyard is spacious and has some patio furniture that you can bring in and out of the large garage. Inside, the house is both well laid out and equipped with everything you need for your stay. They are a five minute drive into the town of Wheatley, which has an ice cream shop, splash pad, park, walking trails, lcbo and grocery store.

Thank you for the rental and review. I guess you missed my reminder regarding taking out the recycle bins. Unfortunately the recycling is collected only once every 2 weeks. As we cannot leave it sitting for another 2 weeks we had to take all the recycle with us. I’m glad the weather had been good and we hope you had a good time. Have a good summer !

Nice near the water.ù

Weather did not cooperate. 4 out of 7 days. But still had a relaxing time on the beach. A few fires .All good.plenty of room good beds comfortable furniture big screen TV DVD player a plus. Great time. Brian.

Beautiful and well kept one level ranch home. Panoramic windows overlooking the scenic backyard and Lake Erie. Open concept kitchen /dining /living rooms. Very private lot on a dead end street with 0.4 acre, wooded areas on the west side of the property and across the street. Sandy beach down the stairs from the backyard with 90 ft of water frontage. Well equipped kitchen, 3 comfortable and cozy bedrooms with a master ensuite bathroom. You can relax and enjoy the house, or you can go out to enjoy all the surrounding parks with birds /wildlife watching, beaches /watersports, hiking /biking, wineries /breweries tours etc. Close to Point Pelee and ferry to Pelee Island.
