Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature inside year-round. Open plan living flows seamlessly to the expansive outdoor patio with sun loungers and a picnic table, where you can enjoy a cheese board at home or a classic Aussie feast on the gas BBQ.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a meal at home, including a full set of quality cookware, knives, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, essential herbs and spices. Make use of the plethora of appliances including a fridge/freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, espresso machine and juicer, as well as a dishwasher for easy clean up. Enjoy dinner around the four seater glass dining table or take it al fresco.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, made in hotel quality linen, a sliding mirrored-door wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a combined tub and shower. The second bedroom offers two king singles that can be pushed together to make one king bed upon request, hotel quality linen and a mirrored robe for added storage. Both bedrooms have access to another leafy private patio for even more outdoor space.

The main bathroom offers a toilet, modern vanity, and glass shower, as well as complementary consumables to use throughout your stay. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is also available for use throughout your stay,

The apartment is located in a tranquil, leafy and quiet street and yet close to many attractions.

Only a 10 minute stroll to world class Avalon surf beach with glorious rock pool. On your doorstep you have access to Avalon shopping village, gyms, vibrant café's & gourmet restaurants.

In under 10 min drive you can also explore serene Pittwater - the calm waters at Clareville Beach make it a top spot for families. You can catch the Palm Beach Ferry to the Basin, Ettalong or take a cruise up the Hawksbury River. Between Avalon and Palm Beach you may find yourself fishing, diving, windsurfing, Stand up paddle boarding or simply relaxing by wining and dining, taking a seaplane ride or checking in for some "me" time at the local spa.
