Lush landscaping surrounds the lanai, which makes the private heated pool perfect for your family to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida sunshine! A shaded lounge area, TV, and wet bar are also available on the lanai. On the rare chilly day, cozy up by the electric fireplace or binge your favorite Netflix show! If you love to cook, this home offers everything needed and more. There is a breakfast nook with a view of the pool, a butler’s pantry, wet bar, and beverage fridge off of the kitchen. A desk is also available for your work-at-home needs.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The gorgeous primary suite offers that 5-star hotel experience with the comfort of a vacation home, with features such as a king bed, slipper tub, double vanity with vessel sinks, walk-in shower with rain head and body jets, and a his-and-hers closet. The suite also has direct access to a private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The first guest bedroom also offers direct access to the screened in lanai. Both king and queen mattresses were replaced in 2026.

Our pool home is located in Bonita Springs, one of Southwest Florida's most popular cities. The famous gulf beaches of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are about a 10 minute drive, perfect for a spur of the moment beach day. This home is also about a 5 minute drive to Riverside Park in the heart of Historic Bonita Springs, home to the Historic Liles Hotel, Artist Cottages, Butterfly Garden and Bandshell. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away.

* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
