If you love to cook, this home offers everything needed and more. There is a breakfast nook with a view of the pool, a butler’s pantry, wet bar, and beverage fridge off of the kitchen. A desk is also available for your work-at-home needs.

The suite also has direct access to a private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The first guest bedroom also offers direct access to the screened in lanai.

Our pool home is located in Bonita Springs, one of Southwest Florida's most popular cities. The famous gulf beaches of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are about a 10 minute drive, perfect for a spur of the moment beach day. This home is also about a 5 minute drive to Riverside Park in the heart of Historic Bonita Springs, home to the Historic Liles Hotel, Artist Cottages, Butterfly Garden and Bandshell. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away.

* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
