We would love to welcome you to come relax and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom heated pool and spa house, that sleeps 6. The home does not accommodate babies or toddlers. Also there is no way to restrict children from entering the pool. The home is located in Naples only 2 miles away from 2 of the best beaches in Naples clam Pass Beach and Seagate Beach. The homes pool & spa over look Quail Run Golf Course which is a very great relaxing view.

The home is in the middle of all shopping areas and restaurants, great when it’s time to dine out and and do some shopping. The house is tastefully decorated with all high quality new furniture for you and your family to enjoy. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with stand in shower along with a walk in closet. It also is a king size bed set and sliding doors that lead to the pool/spa, allowing you access to the pool from the master bedroom. The 2nd room is a queen size bed set and the 3rd room has 2 twin beds.
All rooms include Serta Pillow top Mattresses’s with Bed Bug Allergy Protectors. For linens, we use high quality thread count sheets and goose down comforters and pillows. The house has free high speed internet with free WI-FI and cablevision for all TV’s. As well as 3 large flat screen HDTV’s with a DVD player and Xfinty cable. The TV in the living room is a 65 inch flat screen 4K Smart TV with apps. The king bedroom and queen bedroom have 32 inch flat screen HDTV’s.
The living room sofa set seats 6 as well as a dining room table that seats 6. The kitchen has a breakfast nook with a round table that seats 4. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking needs and blender with a coffee maker. The kitchen cabinets have quartz counter tops with a dish washer and microwave. We have a stainless steel refrigerator that dispenses ice and water and a stainless steel stove. The home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer that are side loaders along with 4 bikes in the garage. We also provide 6 beach chairs and beach towels along with a cooler as well an Beach umbrella. For out door cooking we have stainless steel Out door grill perfect for out door grilling.
There are two double sliding doors in the living room that lead to the patio where the pool and spa sit over looking the Quail Run Golf Club if you would like to inquire about a short term membership I added the address below if you just Google it you would be able to retrieve the number. Also around the pool and spa are lounger chairs and other patio chairs to relax on. The house is located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a house I'm sure you would love and appreciate what it has to offer. If you would like the pool and spa to be heated there is extra charge of $80.00 week for pool and spa heat. We make it very easy and convenient for you to check in and out on your own by offering electronic door lock with your own code.
