The Anchorage is an Oceanside, gated community situated on the East end of St. Thomas, nestled in prestigious Cowpet Bay, home of the St. Thomas Yacht Club, host to the renowned Rolex Regatta. The complex features beautiful gardens leading to the pool, tennis courts and gorgeous, sandy beach. The Anchorage also offers a complex-wide generator system which kicks in during any outage, insuring no interruption of your family fun. Located within minutes to Red Hook, where you can do some shopping or catch a ferry to St. John or the BVI's, the Anchorage truly offers the very best of amenities for your next vacation.

The vacation unit boasts two bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for all of your friends and family. The spiral stair case takes you up to the loft, where you will find two full sized beds with a sitting area; the master bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This unit also features a beautiful Lanai where you can sit, relax and watch the Caribbean waters as you pass the day away; at sunset, you can head next door to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for their lively happy hour…or just stay right on that Lanai, looking at the end of another perfect day in Paradise!

Wonderful property - Great location and terrific host

Fantastic stay, The home is very nice and you couldn't find a better location on the island. We loved the pool and easy access to several beautiful beaches.

Good place to stay

Great property in a safe area 5 minutes from Red Hook. For business it is ideal for the Eastside with very good internet. Property is great easy to get to.

Terrific location and everything we needed

We have stayed at this condo a number of times now and it is terrific. Great location near Red Hook with the shops and restaurants and beautiful scenery. The balcony overlooks the marina and the pool and health club are exceptional

Perfect Paradise

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The views of St James and St John off the back porch were stunning. The location conveniently close to Red Hook made our group very happy from activities and eating perspectives. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for large groups

Kim's condo is the perfect place for large groups/families. Plenty of room and lots of beds. Our group was 4 guys on a "boys trip" to St Thomas and we had everything we needed. Easy to find...check in process was easy as well.

The Beautiful Anchorage

Everything is as advertised! This is a great unit that has a view of the ocean and all the amenities of being home. I look forward to staying here in 2025.

Nice Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. Overall, the accommodations and amenities met our needs and the owner was very responsive. A couple of FYI'sThere is a small beach and swim area for the property next to a marina. We expected to be able to take walks on the beach which was not the case. The third bedroom is a loft and open to the space below.

Just superb!

Beautiful location, view, and amenities! The condo had more room than expected and has stunning views-also a very safe location and convenient to stores, shopping, activities and island exploration. We are definitely going back!

Exceptional vacation rental experience

My family and I sincerely enjoyed every bit of our all to brief stay at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and allowed us to enjoy our time in the USVI. The unit and property are very very nice and in fact are significantly better than even the photos represent. We hope to visit again next year.

Group Vacation at Anchorage Condos on St. Thomas

We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The accomodations were perfect for our group of 3 couples. The views from the balcony were nice, overlooking the yacht club next door. Having a rental car is must however, as there are no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance. We knew that in advance, so had planned accordingly.

Perfect (Grand)Mother, Daughters, Granddaughter vacation

Location is beautiful. Property and dize of unit is very comfortable. Gave us enough space to be together or have some alone time. Clean. Had all the comforts of home... along with beach chairs, coolers, beach towels... and even some snorkel gear. Would come back, one day, hopefully.

No Surprises

Everything was as we hoped and expected. Comfortably furnished, well equipped kitchen, nice that condiments and spices were provided (not new - left from previous renters I presume), good wifi. (Soap, TP, cleaning supplies also provided, thanks!). We were a group of 6 (no couples, here for work). The 2 loft day-beds were barely OK; other 5 beds were fine. We'll rent here again.

Great condo layout for a family

Overall experience was just OK. Requested tennis rackets in advance but the rackets were old and felt like holding a spatula. That was one of the main reasons we booked a place to play tennis every day. The swimming pool was being worked on and the beach was Rocky yet beautiful. The grill didn’t work. One of the bathrooms wasn’t functional when we arrived. There was no toilet paper. This place has the potential to be amazing. I’m sad to report or experience was only mediocre. The best part about staying here is the space is great for groups of 4 to 8 people. We loved the layout of the condo.

Hi Cherokee Thank you for your review. You were refunded a portion for one of the 3 showers not functional your first night, we had to replace the tub , the tub was finished and put in and we had the drain set below the first day. So only the first night was it not functional and you were told in advance as well. There was toliet paper you ran out and I brought you more and we keep it stocked this is the first time that has happedend. The grill was working the igintor went out but we had a lighter there and are replacing the igintor. They did redo a portion of the pool deck which we did not know about but had to be done, Luckly the pool was still usable and completly functional since it was just a small area. I apolygize that you did not feel our place was up to your potential.

Cool Condo, Few Faults

My family stayed here the week between Christmas and New Year's. It was clean, cute, and in a great location. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. First off, I emailed the host and asked a few questions when I paid the first deposit. I didn't hear back until months later, when I paid the final deposit. We were given the wrong code at check in. I had the email printed out which was received 3 days before our trip, so it was current. Our second night there we overheard an argument between a man and a woman, he threatened her then drove off, hitting a car in the process. I know this was by no means the fault of the condo, and the parties were removed, but it happened. It made my youngest daughter nervous to go to bed the next night, she was fearful he would return. It didn't help when the next day, two men knocked on our door and entered after waiting about ten seconds. My husband and I were on the lanai and my kids were coming to get us when we stepped inside and saw them heading towards the master bedroom. I thought they were there to fix the sliding glass door because the lock was broken, so at first I didn't say anything, but when I saw them go in there I asked why and they said they were checking the water heater. Apparently I wasn't supposed to email the contact that the manual was open to altho it said to, so Kim didn't get my message about ants in the bathroom which spread to the kitchen, resulting in us throwing food and toiletries out. We left early...

Thank you Heather We always contact our guest right away The code changes between bookings you called me after the first time you tried the code I answered immediately and you got in, you were upset because you hit another owners car with your door in the lot which was very disrespectful. There was unfortunately a dispute which has never happened in the building next door and the association had the party removed and they are not welcome back anchorage is a family friendly area. Your family left donuts out and food in the bedroom and you had ants which we do have pest control and have not had this happen before but typically do not have families eating sweets everywhere and leaving them out. Cleaners did a very detailed through cleaning after you left which thankfully was early so they had time to do so. The owners email is available and you certainly can reach out to him however we live on island and are your boots on the ground if you need anything and you only called me one time the first day. We have repaired the slider and offered to while you were here and you said no. The office comes in quarterly to read the water meter and guests are notified. It is posted and they were let in

The property was beautiful, the neighbors were quiet, and the condo was located in a very convenient location to Red Hook. We had three teenagers who loved having a safe space to walk around and visit the gym and small beach without having to load up in the car. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This condo was in a wonderful location close to Red Hook. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There are a few updates that need to be made to the place. It was nice to have some beach accessories we could take with us. Overall comfortable and had enough space for my family of 5.
