This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom/3 bath beachfront condo offers stunning views of the Caribbean Ocean from your private balconies! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom! Sleeps 8. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops open to living room and views of ocean. Swimming pool. Caribbean Fish Market Restaurant (fine dining & bar) on property. Sangria's Restaurant (casual beachfront fare) both located on the beach. Pool Bar. The white sand beach is groomed daily and has a multitude of complimentary chairs and loungers available with plentiful shade from the many palm trees. Swim in the clear turquoise waters and snorkel right from the beach!

Best Location:
We are in a gated community with a semi private beach (so no cruise ship guests!) on the acclaimed East End of St Thomas in Red Hook and perfectly nestled between the Ritz Carlton and the St Thomas Yacht Club. This is the place to be! The East End offers the best beaches and Red Hook has a lively nightlife where you can walk from one restaurant/bar to another. Also, you can take the ferry from Red Hook to St. John. We have a fabulous restaurant on property (beachfront!) but you can also walk next door to the Ritz Carlton for additional dining options.

Best Beach:
The gorgeous white sand beach is groomed daily and offers plenty of shade and Caribbean breeze to keep you cool as you bask in the sun. Complimentary chairs and loungers are always available so no need to rent chairs (or shade!) or carry chairs with you! The swimming pool is at the beach and has a castle waterfall that the kids will love. It is spacious, has a large hot tub/spa, is surrounded by flowers and tropical plants. You will also have some photo opportunities with the friendly iguanas that frequent the pool area.☺ There are clean air-conditioned bathrooms (maintained by the Wyndham Elysian) available at the Caribbean Fish Market (restaurant adjacent to the pool).

Amazing Home:
There are 4 split air conditioning units in the condo if needed, but the breeze from the trade winds usually makes it unnecessary. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large bathroom with walk-in closet and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, private bath and sliding glass doors to the large balcony. The 3rd bedroom can accommodate 4 guests in a king and a trundle bed with 2 twins (or can be separated into 4 twin beds) also with a private bath and a garden view. Each room has a separate air conditioner and ceiling fan. The large balcony has sweeping views of the Caribbean ocean and several islands and is comfortably equipped with comfortable couch, chairs, and dining table for 6. The Chef style kitchen is open to the living room and entry way. In fact, from the moment you enter the front door, you can see straight through to the glass doors and out to the Caribbean! If you decide to dine in, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining table accommodates 8 and there is another dining table on the balcony for 6. Enjoy your favorite programs on the 50’ flat screen TV in the living room with cable and an Amazon Firestick or watch a DVD on the 45” TV in the master bedroom also equipped with cable and an Amazon Firestick. There are flat screen TVs with Amamzon Firestick in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well. WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay! There is a desk with basic supplies and a printer available, in case you need to work.

Access to Everything:
Here you have a pristine beach, a world class restaurant, tours offered, proximity to Red Hook restaurants and night life, access to the ferry to St. John and a luxurious home in which to relax! Moe’s, a gourmet grocery store, is available in Red Hook for organic and specialty items, and they have a great wine selection and tasting room. The Food Center is also close by for larger grocery purchases. It is about a 5 min cab ride to Red Hook to catch the people ferry to St John. If you have a car, you can take the car ferry (check return times to not miss the last ferry back).

Important things to know:
Our condo association has its own water desalinization plant and water filtration system to provide you with great tasting clean water. Our sink and fridge are also equipped with filters. (Many other locations catch rain water in cisterns to use for drinking and bathing purposes and can run out unexpectedly.) Our property has a backup generator system that kicks in immediately upon a power outage which are very common in the islands. Most rentals do not have backup generators and you don’t want to find this out the hard way…with no A/C, lights or electronics!

Children are welcome. The HOA does not allow for any pets. This is strictly a non-smoking condo. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony, front patio or garden area. This rental is not wheel chair accessible. There are stairs to enter the unit and two sets of stairs down to the beach.
