We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Bourbon Trail. The condo was clean and well appointed. The only negative comment would be the floors. Very attractive solid wood, but definitely noisy when walking.

Great location between NuLu and Downtown, so easy walk to both neighborhoods and related activities. Everything was great with the place - easy to access with codes and very comfortable open space. I would definitely stay again - highly recommend.

This property was everything that we had hoped. It was spacious, super clean, had tons of natural light, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Parking was easy and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, excellent loft style stay!

Owner was fantastic to work with, loved the location, and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re able to climb the stairs and looking for some fun!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The loft was in a fantastic location downtown. We walked everywhere. The loft was clean and quiet. We had a great visit.

Historic stay in downtown Louisville

This place was great! It was in a great, walkable location to bars, restaurants, and distilleries in downtown. The space itself was huge and was more than enough for our party of 5. Bryan was very responsive and provided some great local spots in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Best spot in Louisville

This place was perfect. Super clean, easy to check into, we walked to everything in downtown Louisville. Parking was super easy with the street parking out front and the lot out back. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in town.

Pros: good communication from host, clean, spacious, unique old building, walkable and easy to get to places, two coded doors into building Cons: bare minimum linens-only 1 towel/ washcloth per person for our 4 night stay, lumpy pillows, very squeaky floors in bedroom, low water pressure in one bathroom, upstairs runs much warmer than downstairs area, loft area could use a movable room divider of some sort for some privacy

From the owner: “Thank you for the review. We strive to provide a clean space for our guests and are happy to hear you noticed it. There’s a washer and dryer in the half bath downstairs, and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for longer stays so guests can clean their towels and wash rags while there. Our rental description states that it’s a loft condo, and the loft bedroom doorway is open, but we will take into consideration adding a movable door screen for the loft space for guests who’d like a little more privacy. We encourage guests to change the thermostat to their comfort level, and the industrial fans provide a lot of air movement upstairs.”

Great space and location

Property is clean, spacious, and very well decorated. Location could not be any more ideal as well as it was right in between the two major parts of Louisville we wanted to visit. Definitely within walking distance of most major stops and some great food options close by as well. Highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Great Location!

We stayed here with another couple and had a great time. The loft was fully equipped with everything we needed and was just a short walk away from all the dining and distilleries. We spent most of our days out on tours but it was nice to come home to large living room we could all spend time in. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Our friend was Graduating and we made it a girls trip. The cleaning lady waited for us to check in to make sure we had enough towels. Loved the location and the place was beautiful!
