I have been hosting for over 10 years with hundreds of happy clients and every once in a while I host someone is so incredibly hostile and self centred. You are a. handful and your husband even knows it, We went out of our way countless times to try and satisfy your needs, ..you chose northwest point resort , I didn't choose you.. Northwest Point Resort is beautiful especially occupying a beautiful upgraded oceanfront condo.. We harvest a tranquil, remote , peaceful experience... I asked you to depart for several reasons, it was intolerable. The slanderous remarks in your review are one of them because I knew well before that it was coming. ....You.. Denise.. were also the worst experience for me. I have nothing to apologize for here, it is your irrational unacceptable behaviour over the duration of your stay that was absalutely uncalled for. We were more then willing to work with you and you wouldn't stand for it.. Tony had to apologize. on your behalf countless times even before you arrived and the duration of your stay.. . He knows it. Ask him. I have the texts trying to quantify your irrational behaviour. I can't believe the indecency of your behaviour. I have notified VRBO and you have been blocked. You set the tone here from day one and offended many people during your stay. You managed to offend our housekeeping staff, owners, property management, our chef , restaurant management and myself. A lot of damage over the course of 1 week Denise. We are extremely proud of our team at Northwest Point Resort even though they encounter the dislikes of someone like you.
