This is a privately owned and updated 1 bedroom second floor apartment. It is located in the heart of Providenciales' famous Grace Bay beach area in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands.

This intimate boutique property offers fully equipped kitchen, inbuilt washer/drier, flat screen cable tv's (living area and bedroom), complimentary WIFI, beautiful garden pool, BBQ grill area, and sea views from the private balcony. The suite sleeps 4 adults (king sized bed in bedroom, sofa-bed in living area).

Grace Bay beach (rated "number one beach on the planet" by Conde Nast in 2010) is only a two minute walk from your apartment suite. The local Salt Mills area containing restaurants, cafes, stores, and shops is only a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, allowing you convenient access to all the amenities and services you may need during your stay. No need for a rental vehicle at this location !!

The private pool and garden areas provide beautiful quiet surroundings, together with sun loungers and sun umbrellas for guests. Sun chairs are also provided at the beach for guest use.

Complimentary off-road parking is also provided for guest use at the property.

Our highly experienced on-island Property Manager will assist you with any needs during your stay, and we aim to provide all you need for a wonderful visit.

The Condo is a delightful spot to enjoy the pool, Grace Bay is absolutely stunning the Dream vacation!Turks and Caicos is ALL about the Beaches!!No need for a car!! This is a perfect location! Restaurants, Shopping, Dining under the stars on Grace Bay!

Location for the win

Great location for both short walk to the beach as well as short walk to restaurants and shops. Simple one bedroom unit which has everything you need. Pool and gardens on the grounds are both beautiful. Construction on building next door ongoing FYI. This is our third time at this location-very satisfied.

Nice Condo

This is a really excellent location with a lot of restaurants within walking distance and access to the beach nearby. The back patio/pool area is beautiful and very private. We were very happy with our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

We loved this place, very clean, excellent location & very quiet! A/C was on full blast when we arrived, we had to turn it warmer and didn’t use A/C in living area at night, only the bedroom. Great shower pressure. Would happily stay here again.

Great location and value in Turks

Very nice affordable, basic property in a great area a short distance from the beach. Easy to work with the owner. Clean and simple condo that exactly meet our needs. Nice small pool also on the property.

Location Location

This is our second time at Graham's place. The location is #1 - to the beach, to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Inn at Grace Bay has a great property, flowers and trees are amazing. The pool is well kept and quiet most times. The apartment has everything you need.

Perfect Getaway

This property has an amazing location (walkable to just about everything including the beach, restaurants and shops). We did not need a car and a taxi ride from the airport was only $30 for two people. Many items were supplied and the space was very clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone looking to enjoy a visit to Turks & Caicos.

Noisy/Needs Updating

The listing needs to warn everyone about the noise right beside this unit!(at least while it is going on) Really needs updating, old coffee pot, especially refridgerator. The hardest bed we have ever slept on, also could use a dresser, or luggage rack for suitcases, didn't like having to live out of suitcases on the floor. Patio table was cracked, no instructions for tv, although tv's were nice and large. Also a little further from the beach, than we thought. Location to town was great though.

What a wonderful place!! We were close to everything downtown and a short easy (flat) walk to the prettiest beach in the world! The pool was refreshing and the perfect end to several long beach days! This condo was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

Xmas vacation with my 3 adult kids

I was so pleasantly surprised with the condo and all the amenities you could hope for at a beach rental. I was impressed with all aspects of this property, beautiful pool, I can’t say enough good things about it. I wanted to stay longer but it was booked, I would stay here again in a heartbeat as I thought the price and what you got was perfect for me and my family, thank you so much!

Great location

We had a great stay in this unit. Location was just a short 3 minute walk to the beach in one direction or just about a block or two in the other direction for the shops/restaraunts and Salt Mill Plaza. Unit is a little dated and the hot water was only warm for a couple minutes, but it suited us fine for our needs as we weren't in the unit much. Would reccommend if looking for a reasonably priced property in the middle of it all.

Better Than Expected

I was quite pleased with my choice of this property. Traveled alone. The actual is better than the pictures. Gorgeous landscaping all around the property. Pool was great for after the beach. Quiet, serene and within walking distance to beach, stores, shops and restaurants. If I get to come back I will secure this property again.

Excellent Stay!

You cannot beat the location of this property - just a few minutes walk into both the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops and a few minutes walk the other direction to Grace Bay Beach. Property was clean and as it looks in the photos. We loved the pool, and although there is construction next door, we did not find it bothersome (maybe we are heavier sleepers?!). All in all, would definitely recommend.

Our week at The Inn on Grace Bay

Great location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. There was no mention of a huge condo building going up next door, sometimes extremely noisy. Beach an easy 5 min walk, and it was gorgeous! We had an early flight so had to wait a few hours to get into the condo. Plenty of parking for rental car. Highly recommend except for the heavy construcion next door.

Lovely place to say. In the middle of all the swanky hotels. Walking distance to Hemingways, the deck at seven stars and the Infinity Bar. The Place is clean and comfy , Full kitchen , comfy King Size bed. Our host Graham replied immediately to all our questions, as well as Neko the property manager. We will be back !!!!

Great location, easy access to the beach

This is a good property, the condo is exactly as it appears on the pictures. Everything is clean and you will find everything you need. Not the most updated or renovated unit (bed mattress could get changed) but it’s fare for the price. Very well located, few steps from restaurants, boutiques and coffee shop (make sure to stop by lemon 2go) You will get to the beach by walking 4 minutes. You will there have access to loungers (free) reserved for the Inn at Grace bay residents. You can also rent an umbrella for 25. The beach is amazing of course ! The only downside is the construction occurring just next to the unit. Trucks, jackhammers and a lot of noise during the day,(7:30 to 5:00). They are almost done but still a lot to do… important to note that it’s the same situation for many properties at Grace Bay as a lot of buildings and resorts are being built. Still it was a great trip, We will definitely get back to Turks and Caicos!

Nice location close to beach and town Sofa needs to be replaced Bedroom needs a chest to put your clothes in Disappointed that there were no beach chairs available but the situation was resolved by Niko the unit manager, also problem opening the safe that Niko resolved Niko the unit manager was excellent taking care of any problems

Nice alternative on Grace Bay

We spent one week in May in this apartment. It is a good size and had everything you need, even bikes, a cooler, an umbrella and big beach towels. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom could use a little paint job, but this didn't bother uas much. Some basics like salt and pepper etc. in the kitchen would have been nice, but we managed. The location is great, a 4 minute walk to the beach where you find reserved beach chaiars. Unfortunatelly without umbrellas. The one provided in the condo is very small and doesn't stand the strong wind on the beach. The beach is really beautiful with warm turqoise water and very fine powdered sand. There ar a lot of restaurants and stores as wellas a big supermarket in walking distance from the complex. Even the fish fry on thursday nights can be reached easily by walking. The complex has 18 apartments, each privately owned. It also has a BBQ area, which we didn' t use and a fair size pool. The ppol wasn't all that clean. There was always a lot of stuffon the surface like leaves, hair, instects etc. But there is a big pool net which I used before I enterd the pool. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outside garden area around the pool, as during our stay there were many mosquitos around all day. But that might not always be the case. Another thing that was sometimes disturbing the tranquility was the construction right next door Overall it is a perfect alternative compared to the high priced hotels and complexes right on the beach

Location, Location

Well, where do I begin. First, this condo's location is superb! 3 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and grocery store! You would only need a car if you wanted to explore the island. It was nice to have a cooler and umbrellas for the beach! Second, this condo has SO much potential! It was clean but very dated and a lot of things look worn out. The microwave needs to be replaced as several of the numbers on it do not work so trying to heat anything was a bit of a challenge. All the cabinets, kitchen and bathroom, need to be replaced as the facing on them is peeling off. If you put anything to the back of the refrigerator it froze. All the appliances need to be replaced. When we got there the sliding balcony doors were off track and would not close. Luckily my husband was able to get them back on the tracks so we could close and lock them. Would have been nice to have dish soap and dishwasher soap. We ended up buying dish soap and did the dishes by hand. Never was able to use the dishwasher. No laundry soap either so be sure to bring your own. For me that was not a big deal as I brought my own as I have to be careful of the soaps I use. The handle on the toilet needs to be fixed or replaced. The kitchen could use a few more knives, spoons and forks. After looking on-line at some of the other units in this place, this unit could definitely use a makeover!

Awesome location

The location of this property is great. Grace Bay is a very short walk and so are the shops. Breakfast is less than a 3 min walk along with a convenience store, souvenir shops and other restaurants
