Minimum Age: Party Leader must be 21 years old or over to have a booking confirmed.

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

HOUSEHOLD STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies.
*1 Paper Towel Roll, 1 Trash Bag per Trash Can, 1 Toiletry Kit Per Bathroom (Small Bar Soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 1 Toilet Paper Roll per Bathroom, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish detergent, and 1 Laundry Soap

Unable to get service

On the 2nd day of our stay we contacted the manager for the property. We explained one of the dinning rooms chairs broke when someone set in it. And most the screws were loose in the rest of the chairs and the bar stools. We asked for someone to come and repair and tighten the screws on all the chairs and bar stools. NO ONE SHOWED UP TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE CHAIRS. WE HAD TO BORROW CHAIRS FROM FRIENDS TO SIT AT DINNER TABLE. Also I purchased Accidental Damage Protection. But after checkout they charged me for a broken vase which I also reported before checkout which states "report damages before checkout" which we did. They still charged me for broken vase. I sent numerous emails stating I reported the broken vase before I checked out, only to be ignored. The management for this property is very unprofessional!!!!

Not very clean.

You get what you pay for. This was one of the less expensive properties that met our other criteria, (bedrooms , bathrooms, location etc.) and that price reflected the cleanliness of the unit. Inexplicably we found wadded up paper towels in one of the beds and a folded up bath towel under the sheets of another bed. In another room there were plastic bags with souvenir packaging in them. The sitting room furniture was worn and very cheap. The beds were extremely soft. Some may like that but I prefer a much firmer bed similar to a hotel bed. I guess next time I will spend a few extra bucks to get a clean house to stay in. Would not recommend unless you are on an extremely tight budget.

Scam, scam, scam

Scammers!!! 1st, we got there, WiFi wasn’t working, TV in the living room wasn’t working, in their listing there was no photo of game room, we briefly looked in the garage, there were 3 broken games, I thought that’s why there was no pic of game room. I reported TV and lot of other things by pictures but didn’t think of reporting 3 broken games. So, instead of giving me credit for WiFi and TV not working, they charged mea large damage fee. It gets worse, when I contested, they sent me 1 week old pics with “LG” symbol on TV and a “made up” basket ball game in garage. The TV had LG symbol even for us but I didn’t take pic of it so they refused my contesting the charges and NEVER EVER said anything about credit for non-working WiFi. This is a total scam. Their customer service is crap and they don’t respond for more than 1 week. There is no one to speak to. You email and HOPE something might happen. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
