The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a child safety fence around the pool and child safety lock on the door leading to the pool deck, offering peace of mind for families with children. The pool area is very private. No rear neighbors since this house is 15 feet high above rear houses.
3. Living area – top grain genuine leather sofa sets and 55’ cable LED TV with a blue-ray player. Kids play corner with kids’ books, toys, and puzzles.
