Large, comfortable, one level apartment in central Point Lookout. Walk...

This beautifully furnished and equipped apartment is centrally located and only a short walk to Cylinder, Deadmans and Frenchmans Beaches as well as shops, restaurants and the Straddie Hotel. It is perfect for two couples or two families with children. The third bedroom has a built in bunk and the two top beds are suitable for children only. The bottom two singles are perfect for adults.

The open plan living and dining areas open on to a large deck with bbq and outdoor dining. The apartment has ceiling fans and is air conditioned. There is Foxtel and free wifi.

Linen is supplied and beds are made for your arrival.

* No pets allowed and no smoking on the premises.
* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.

Great location and property

Stayed for 4 nights, everything went smoothly. Convenient next to general store for groceries aswell as fish & chips. Walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful Apartment

Great location, very comfortable, loved our stay even though weather was a little wet. Would stay here again. Negatives - Dusty fake plants, cobwebs. Walls looked a little grubby.

Single level, well appointed. Slight noise from people stomping about one level above but really the only minor issue. As described, good value and well maintained. Would happily stay here again.

Perfect holiday apartment for families

We're so impressed with this apartment. Feels like everything has been considered for a comfortable and relaxed holiday with maximum practicality. Highlights for us were the long open floorplan (so easy to keep an eye on our little ones), the functional room layouts and cupboard spaces with bench height full lenth shelf, open and light kitchen l, living and balcony eating spaces!

Lacking customer service and toilet paper

We booked this property for a family get together. There was no communication from Ray White Stradbroke Island, who are the agents to the property, before our arrival. When I rang to ask simple questions two days before our arrival I got very curt, one word answers to my simple questions. I was told that we would receive an email the day before our arrival and hung up on. When the email arrived we then found out it was our responsibility to supply not only our own beach towels to a beach house but even toilet paper. Which was a bit too late as everyone had begun traveling so an emergency purchase of towels was needed. Considering that this is advertised as a premier property one would think that things like toilet paper and dishwashing detergent would be included. So be prepared, you need to bring everything with you and the agents are not helpful.

Our accommodation was very clean and the apartment was very open and functional. THe staff at Ray White wer very welcoming an helpful. The proximity to shops, the beach and the Stradbroke Beach Hotel was a real plus and maent that we could walk to most places we wanted to go. We will definitely be back.

So spacious and clean and all one level so grow at for families. You could definitely have 2 families in the house with plenty of space. Perfect location above the foodworks general store and across the road from the beach. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.
