Come stay at our condo! One Block From The Gondola! Cozy and comfortable this garden level condominium is located at the top of South Mill Street and is a block from the Gondola and Lift 1A. Ruby Park Transportaton Center is just down the street!. Aspen looks beautiful Winter, Summer, Fall, and Spring and this condo is perfect for relaxing and enjoying Aspen's amenities.
It is centrally located for easy walking access to everything in town. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and features picture windows looking out into the lighted Christmas trees by the pool and spa area. The second small bedroom (see photo) has a twin bed, and the living room has a pull-out couch-sofa bed which is also comfortable made up as a single. There is also a cot. The condo has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). Condo also offers a washer/dryer and everything you need for cooking and relaxing.
The beautiful pool/spa area is one of the best in Aspen and is located just outside the back door of the condo. The front door of the condo opens onto the Mill Street side and it is only half a block walk to town. Off street parking just outside the condo. Our condo will accommodate a maximum of four people.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed per the homeowner's association rules.

It's the little things

This condo has all the little things one needs while on vacation. From bags for the grocery store to conditioner in the shower. It is well supplied. The location cannot be beat. Talk about being the heart of all the activity! We were so close to the gondola, the bus system, the shopping. We loved the pool and hot tub right outside our door. Even cooked a few meals (leftovers) and had no problem finding the tools we needed. Thank you ever so much. You make Aspen life grand.

Great SKI trip

Susan’s condo was just as described. We had all we needed to cook breakfast each day before skiing. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax at end of day. The close proximity to the Silver Queen gondola for Ajax and the bus depot at Ruby Park for effortless trips to Snowmass was beyond convenient. We were able to walk almost everywhere - so great. Susan provided detailed direction for check-in and everything was easy. All we had to do was focus on enjoying the week in Aspen! Thanks, Susan, we loved our visit!John K N.Y.C.

Awesome location for a ski trip

This unit is a gem to set up a great ski trip! Just a few minute walk to the Aspen lifts or Rubey Park bus terminal for the other mountains. And when you’re back, the hot tub is right out the back door. Easy and plentiful off street parking. Host was super communicative.

Great ski condo

Condo was perfect for a week long stay in Aspen for my wife and I. Location was great and offered very easy access to the slopes and town. We also very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. In unit laundry was nice to have as well. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Christmas Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and well organized. The location was wonderful just a couple blocks from town and Aspen Mountain. The host was great to communicate with! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Well maintained condo in the heart of Aspen. This condo was centrally located in Aspen within walking distance of downtown. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week long stay.

Amazing location

The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything. Size is great for a 1bed as well, we had 4 adults stay for a ski trip. We went out for most dinners, the location was perfect and the size was manageable.

Great place in the heart of Aspen

Me and my two adult sons really enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. This was our first trip to Aspen and the location is perfect. Short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and bus station. We didn't even need to rent a car and easily managed to ski all four resorts and even a trip into Glenwood Springs. The host was super friendly and helpful and provided us with many tips on what to do and where to go in town. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Very convenient Aspen location

This condo is in a great location a few blocks from the Ajax gondola and several great restaurants and shops. The unit is spacious for 2 people but tight for 3. The master bedroom is quite large but the second bedroom is tiny and has limited space for any luggage. We would stay here again as a couple. Nice pool and hot tub area and ample parking. Nice value for Aspen.

Great Aspen condo

We loved this condo and its location. Quiet pretty building with great hot tub and pool, super convenient to lifts and walking around town. Condo was well stocked, very clean, sweet and cozy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Aspen Condo

I've spent a lot of time in Aspen and this is a great condo for any traveler. Whether you are looking to hit the slopes or just enjoy the town. Everything is easily accessible and the condo is so comfortable and cozy that you will be well rested and very relaxed to do it all!

Quaint Stay

This property is centrally located and everything in Aspen is very accessible. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Other than the notes below, the unit had everything you needed for either a long-weekend or week stay. Some things to note for potential renters: 1. It would be very, very cramped with four people. The second bedroom is very, very small, and more suited as a ski gear staging area. 2. The TV's, though having a substantial amount of channels, are relatively small (if you do plan on staying in the room to relax for an afternoon, etc.). 3. The shower is relatively small. Ensure the shower head is facing toward the corner so water does not escape under the shower door. 4. Although not listed, there is an iron in the washer/dryer closet; albeit, we were unable to locate an ironing board. Consider bringing a hand held steamer. In consideration of the above, the unit is reasonably priced and will meet all your needs. Lastly, the hot tub is right outside of the unit which was greatly appreciated after four days of first to last chair!

Great condo... great location

This a charming, cozy well stocked condo. Communication with Susan was also great! Large master bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space and having 2 bathrooms and an extra twin bedroom was a great plus for 2 women friends. Loved the location, only a short walk to the Gondola and downtown Aspen. The only thing I wish I had known is that there is nowhere to store your luggage when you check out at 10am and can't fly out till 3Pm. I would stay there again.! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Felt like home in the heart of Aspen

It is a terrace level with not much to view from the windows but back door to the pool and hot tub was nice. Two full baths and one large and one small bedroom and plenty of shelves and storage made comfortable for family of four. Not luxury but very functional. I would go back.

Labor Day Weekend for a Wedding

We were very pleased with our choice. It was just like Goldilocks, not too big, not too small, just right with a perfect location for us to logistically get around by walking to where we needed to be for various events associated with a wedding. We would not hesitate booking again and highly recommend.

I am an executive recruiter for attorneys. I live in Aspen and also near Cincinnati. One of my favorite activities in Aspen is 'The America's Uphill' Race. It takes place in mid March each year. You can see it on UTUBE under America's Uphill Aspen. I also love hiking Smuggler Mountain. There is year round access to the Smuggler Trail and there is a beautiful view from the top. It takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to walk to the viewing platform. I also love visiting the John Denver Park any time of the year. Sitting outside the music tent on a blanket in the summer, listening to the music as the clouds go by is a great option as well! The Gondola is an easy, downhill walk from the condo, less than two blocks away!

I liked the coziness of the condo and the fact that is has an entrance in the front and also an entrance to the courtyard in back. It also has a salt water spa and pool and a wood burning fireplace.

The condo has one of the nicest hot tubs and pools in Aspen. It is on Aspen Mountain, which is a plus and it is only one block from Ruby Park, which is the inter mountain bus depot. It is also just one block from town as well, so you can walk everywhere.
