Ski-in & ski-out on Aspen mountain. One block from town.

Best view and highest condo in downtown Aspen. But it is a hike to get there. 70 steps. Itā€™s like a 5th floor NYC walkup. They didnā€™t make elevators is back in 60ā€™s. If you smoke, overweight or have altitude problems, I would not recommend this condo. But I have adjusted the price to compensate for the steps. So youā€™re getting a great deal!

1 master bedroom (king size bed)/1 loft bedroom (2 twins), 2 bath condo.Ā  Top floor! No stair master required for the week you visit! The floor plan covers 3 floors with the master bedroom and both baths on bottom floor. Kitchen/ living room middle floor. And sleeping loft above kitchen, top floor.

Master bedroom has a pillow top king sized bed. The loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds.

Achtung! Achtung! summer months of June, July, August the loft might become warm. Though, many people do use the upstairs loft and say itā€™s fine. There are 2 stand alone air-conditioners in the unit during the summer. One air conditioner is in the master bedroom. The other air conditioner is in the living room/loft area.

One parking space comes with the unit.

The master bedroom, living room, and loft have a view overlooking Aspen and the valley. You can watch snow storms come up the valley. It's magical. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood furnished) , cable tv, high speed internet, couch, chairs and desk.Ā  The kitchen is has counter seating and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the new jacuzzi and heated pool. You can check out whose in the jacuzzi from your porch. I always look for hot guys. In the Summer, enjoy sitting on both porches.

Pack lightly or use reusable grocery bags to haul clothes up. Much lighter than suitcases.

Spend the day skiing, walking the town, shopping or attending fabulous events aspen has to offer.

Full length mirrors line the living room and master bedroom wallsā€” so 80ā€™s. Love it!

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Condominium HOA rules. Also New rule by HOA Insurance- all renters must be age 25 or above.

City of Aspen regulations ā€“ only 4 occupants for this unit. Sorry.

Perfect location with a beautiful view in the heart of Aspen. Everything in Aspen is within walking distance. There were just 2 in my party but 4 could stay there comfortably.

Wonderful apartment in prime Aspen location - absolutely loved our stay! Clear communication from Carol, well equipped, clean apartment with wonderful views over Aspen. (Yes, like others mentioned, it is 3 floors up - a good cardio workout.. - but you'll be rewarded by wonderful sunsets from the balcony)

Condo worked out great. Easy ski in/out access to Gondola. A bit of a hike up the hill from town. Condo layout was a little funky with both bathrooms downstairs

This was just a couple blocks from downtown, so the location was amazing. The only downfall was that we had to climb three large flights of stairs with all our luggage!

Aspen family ski vacation

We had a great vacation with our kids (8 and 11)! The hot tub and heated pool were right outside the condo, and the walk up and down was not bad. We skied in/out with the kids when we were at Aspen, and it was an easy walk to the bus to access the other mountains. The condo was perfect for our family of 4!

Great stay, great location

The condo is very clean and in a great area. Ski locker and train to the gondola make it super convenient. Carol is very communicative and was helpful when needed!Ski home trail was a little difficult to find but was very convenient once we found it.

Excellent option in Aspen

The stairs are indeed no joke and the ski-out path wasn't the favorite of those who did it, but the condo was great on the inside and Carol was a very responsive and helpful host who worked with us to get an early checkin and overall very smooth stay!

Aspen has four ski mountains. If you're skiing at Aspen Mountain and you can handle black diamonds, it's ski-in, which will require you to brave a narrow, steep, trail with trees. If you're a beginner, you should ski Buttermilk, which is a 10-minute drive or shuttle ride away.About a 5-7 minute walk with skis to Aspen Mountain gondola or the shuttle to other mountains. Parking: be sure to display your parking pass. I went to the office at 8am to retrieve it. The office was closed. At 8:47am a parking attendant was putting a note on my car threating to boot it. Easy walk to grocery store and shopping in Aspen. Condo itself was A. Nice view. Odd design: I slept in the loft and had to walk down two different flights of stairs to reach bathroom. Pool was heated and comfy even in winter. Walking up to 3rd floor in the high altitude will require you to be in shape. Host was also an A.

Aspen for work

Great condo for a quick trip to Aspen for work. Close to everything, clean, comfortable and Carol was easy to communicate with. I will be back for FUN next time!

Beautiful views and walkable

We really enjoyed our stay in the hidden gem! The bright open spaces and large windows were completely appreciated. The bed was super cozy! We came to work remotely due the week and had a great time.

Two guys wearing hiking boots all week

This small condo met all our needs as planned hiking daily our main focus. Location to downtown was great to allow easy walking access to evening dining & all of downtown activities. The condo had a great master bedroom with private bath. There was limited closet & drawer space. The loft with twin beds was a difficult access for us. The small tight spiral staircase to the loft was a difficult traverse & bathroom far away. The owner moved one of mattresses to main level making easier access to 2nd bathroom opposite the door to master bedroom which was down about 8 steps below main level. There were the air conditioners floor units, one on the main level & one in master bedroom. Only fans were available in the loft. The condo air conditioning was adequate & the units were attached to plexiglass covering the only windows that would open, thus preventing the ability to open the windows. The units did keep it cool but fresh air would have been nice.This wouldnā€™t be a problem in the winter. The pool & jacuzzi were spectacular. The 70 steps up from parking lot were manageable & covered for weather protection. All appliances were new & kitchen well stocked, except no toaster oven but oven broiler worked fine. For two solo guys it met ALL of our needs and comfort with the moved loft mattress to main level.The condo complex was small and quiet. We did occasionally use the TV which had All of Xfinity channels. WiFi was flawless all week.This condo gets 4 stars overall.from 2 hiking guys
