Redman Views has beautiful views looking straight through Kangaroo Point Reserve out to the headlands from the upstairs balcony, kitchen, and dining area plus the downstairs living area.
Two storey duplex with the downstairs section providing a large living area, two stylish bedrooms, second bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and complete ironing facilities. The double garage has internal access to the property and has the second fridge, push bike, 2 paddle boards and room to park a boat up to the size 5.5 metres height x 5.5 metres length.
Upstairs you will find the main bedroom, this room has a ceiling fan, wall mounted TV and Queen Bed, there is also the main bathroom that has a bath with shower above, vanity and separate toilet room. The beautiful air-conditioned lounge room is fitted with quality, stunning furnishings, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and servery into the dining area.
The dining area open out onto the top balcony with outdoor dining furniture and 2 burner gas BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the ocean views across the park out to the headlands.
Redman Views is in a great location, an easy 250 metre walk to Soldiers Point Bowling Club which is perfect for children with a playground or just 300 metres down the road to Rick Steins Bannisters Seafood restaurant, Cheeky Dog and Terrace Bar where you will find great food, freshest local produce and seafood, Australian bites and gourmet antipasti and pizza.
The other bonus is Soldiers Point boat ramp being just 1.9 klms away makes this easy holidaying.

Close to the water & fairly well maintained
Nice place to stay. Very short walk to water, weedy sand flats that would be great for whiting in summer, few hundred meters down there is a public jetty that is very good for fishing, We caught many fish there.
Neighbours are nice and quiet (duplex).
A couple of door knobs need fixing as they are loose. the bathrooms and kitchens are not modern but are in fairly good condition. carpet and furniture is good. Nice area upstairs to sit and watch TV on rainy days. If you have teenage kids they would like the separate downstairs area with lounge ant TV.
I would use this property again, would be nice if they fixed the door knobs but no biggy

Beautiful townhouse in a quiet area with water views and only a minutes walk to the water.

Great location old house
The location is great and walking distance to the beach but the house is so old and falling apart. It’s ddouble storey when people walk upstairs you can’t sleep from the foot steps.
Amenities like fridge was old but the washer and dryer was new. Neighbours right next door meant not too much privacy and they did the lawns while we slept (could’ve done this before we got there) and kept looking inside our house.
