Waterfront Getaway in sailing village of Oriental

Peaceful waterfront setting for a relaxing stay. Enjoy dinner from home on the balcony. Walk or bicycle along the Oriental waterfront to the charming harbor where there is an adorable coffee and ice cream shot affectionately known as The Bean, Village Gallery, Tiki Bar, New Village Brewery & Taproom and more. Bicycles available. Only one small female or neutered male dog under 20 pounds is allowed with a $25 per day per pet collected prior to arrival.

The Space
The space is open with a beautiful view of Whitaker's Creek. One bedroom with a large couch and ottoman that can be used for a bed. Plenty of room for an air mattress. Kitchen boasts refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Washer and dryer located in large walk in closet. A large balcony for relaxing and enjoying dinner with a panoramic view.

Guest Access
Space has a private access. Free parking and room for boat trailers, kayaks, etc.

Other Things to Note
The house has it's own entrance, however this unit has a flight of stairs. Children are welcome but no children live on the property. Fishing and crabbing are available at our dock. You can also leave shallow draft boats in the water overnight. Has kayak access. Bicycle is also available. Host feeds 20 to 80 snapping turtles within walking distance every night around 5:30. A very memorable sight.

Stays longer than 27 days will be assessed an additional cleaning fee, collected by host prior to arrival.
There are 2 additional dogs that live on the property.
