The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. The LOWER level of the home has it's own private entrance

●There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please.
●Check in is after 3:00 pm
●Check out is at 10:00 am
●No shoes in the house
●Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
●No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
●No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property.
●No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●.There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
