The apartment is composed of : 2 bedrooms with sea view, a large living room and a balcony with stunning sea view, hills with vineyards and historic center view, kitchen corner and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and air conditioning.
The published prices are for 4 people, but you can also have the apartment for 2 persons (with one bedroom, living room with sea view balcony a kitchen and only one bathroom).

Our main building, where we have our reception is in Manarola - Via Discovolo n 126 and the apartment Rosa di Mare is in a separate building (200 meters far from our reception), in the part of the village with wonderful sea view.

Loved it!

Our second time in Manarola and we loved staying here! Stunning view but still a manageable walk that we could handle to get there! Great air conditioning, comfortable beds, and check in was so easy! We were greeted at the tunnel, he helped us with our bags, and sent us many recommendations for dining and activities!!

Manarola Stay

Lovely property. Gianluca was a great host. Mey us a train and walked us to apartment. Lots of restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Just a great stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

The apartment was in a great location. Still close to the main streets of Manarola without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to the train station, restaurants and had a great view of Manarola. Host greeted us personally and gave us lots of great advice

Manarola apartment

The apartment is perfect for two couples with private accommodations for each. The views are stunning. Giancarlo is a fantastic host and will accommodate all your needs. Great place to stay!

Family trip to Italy

Our stay in Manarola was so enjoyable and allowed opportunities for so many fun outdoor activities and delicious meals. Gianluca was a fantastic host who provided so much useful information about the area and helped us with dinner reservations and Cinque Terre card tickets. We loved chatting with him and highly recommend his property!

Great Option for a Cinque Terre Visit

Wonderful Stay!

Luca was an amazing host! He met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. The property had amazing views, great air conditioning, and it was very clean. It was a great, quiet place to stay and the town of Manarola and the train station were easily accessible.

Recently remodeled, very nice apartment with a great view!!

It was the perfect space for two couples with two bedrooms, two bath and a very nice common area in a great location for exploring Manarola and the rest of the Cinque Terre. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Special place

Clean, great location (not too many stairs), quiet at night. Gianluca met us at the train station and helped us settle in. He also gave us great recommendations for restaurants. All in all, a comfortable place for visiting Cinqueterre.

Home away from home

Gianluca went above and beyond in responding to any concerns we had during our stay. He made reservations for us, helped us with luggage and was always available to answer questions we had about The Cinque Terre.

Beautiful Accomodation in Manarola

Perfectly situated in my opinion the best of the 5 villages of Cinque Terre. Owners of the property are great hosts - met us near tunnel exit and escorted us to apt. and explained how things worked, where local restaurants were located (and which ones were good), where to buy groceries, etc. Apartment was spotless, beds were comfortable, and it was overall an excellent place to stay for the four nights we were there.

Stay in Manarola

The Rosa di Mare apartment was the perfect place for our family to stay. The two separate but connected spaces allowed us all to be together with privacy for everyone. The view from balcony was beautiful and we spent most of our time out there if we weren’t out in town. Manarola and Rosa di Mare were a nice home base to explore CinqueTerre as it was easily accessible from the train station. Gianluca was a wonderful host and helped us with our plans both before and during our trip. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Perfectly Lovely

From the first moments, when our host walked to meet us and show us the way to the apartment, our time in Manarola was enchanting. The room is updated and nicely furnished. Host makes himself available and responds quickly. Cinque Terre is a dream come true. Loved it all.

Great Location and Wonderful Apartment

Couldn't have had a better stay. The host meet us as we came out of the train station and even helped us with our bags. Yes, it's up the hill like every other place in this area but not a bad walk. The host provided recommendations for dinner and we loved them all. The apartments were very clean with updated showers, sinks, appliances, etc. Great water and town views from both apartments. We would definitely stay here again if we returned.

Magical Manorola

Love spacious apartment will all mod cons, great views, quality fittings & fixtures throughout. Gianluca (Property Manager) was very helpful and kindly made restaurant bookings for us. All in all Manorola is a beautiful place probably not as busy as the other Cinque Terre villages but that’s part of its charm. Looking forward to coming back one day

Wonderful relaxing stay

The apartment was everything we expected - good size, clean and comfortable. It had a wonderful view from the balcony of the village and sunset. The separate bedroom next to the main apartment was perfect for my adult daughter. We were together but had privacy. Gianluca was wonderful! He met us at the train and helped carry luggage to our apartment and then made reservations for us at the most wonderful restaurant. He was very friendly and helpful! We hope to return some day.

Perfect location, nice and comfortable, great host

We are a family of three travelling through Italy and staying in several rentals. This one is right at the top of our list: Guanluca met us after we got off our train and took us to the property. The views are exceptional and there was not a lot of stairs (rare for this area). He even made us reservations in town for dinner as we were a little late arriving by train. Our daughter took the second suite which had a full shower etc. I found the beds comfortable, the place was exceptionally clean and it was also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again and strongly suggest this property to anyone looking in the area!

Suite with amazing view-book it now!!

Gianluca was an amazing host! He was such an excellent communicator before and during our entire stay! He met us at the apartment, gave thorough instructions, and was so welcoming! He had made booked us a reservation for dinner at Trattoria Billy which was one of the best dinners we had in Italy for 14 days-excellent seafood! Manarola is a wonderful town to stay while hiking and exploring all 5 of the villages. Our place was beautiful, well stocked, and like having 2 apartments. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay is and Cinque Terre is a magical place. Enjoy hikes while you’re here for sure and be ready to climb! 2 recommendations would be from Monterosso to Vernazza and another from Corniglia to Vernazza( great spot to Stop for cappuccino and treat)Great view and pictures here! This apartment has everything you will need to have an amazing time- book today. Thank you again Gianluca for your kindness and hospitality- I will be back for sure!

Must stay here!

This was our favorite stay of our whole trip! This apartment was perfect, updated and very clean. Gianluca is the best host we’ve ever had and he is so passionate about Manarola and this rental. This is the only VRBO we’ve stayed in that is treated as a home and not a rental and it was so nice. It’s also close to the train station! I absolutely recommend Manarola (it was our favorite town) and this rental. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was a drying rack as the clothes line wasn’t enough for 4 people but it’s the only recommendation I could even think of to share. There are A LOT of inclines and steps in Manarola (and the other towns). No matter which direction you go when you leave the apartment, there’s a workout involved. It was manageable for us but sharing for those who may be less mobile. Keep a water bottle with you (there’s 2 stores close by). Book this rental, eat all the gelato and enjoy your trip!!!
