Hello! About the Mirante do Parque farm:

The farm is located in a quieter part of the city of Boituva, perfect for those looking to relax and escape the daily grind.
The house is very spacious, airy, and features rooms with plenty of natural light. The farm offers a beautiful view, which can be admired from the house’s expansive porch, complete with hammocks. In addition, the house is maintained and cleaned weekly.

- Nearby tourist attractions:

• Very close to the Boituva Skydiving and Hot Air Ballooning Center

• Near the “Zé da Varge” Distillery (an internationally recognized artisanal cachaça distillery)

• Near the Torre de Vigia Association

- The farm offers the following recreational options:

• Private outdoor pool—with a shallow area for lounge chairs and umbrellas (with night lighting)

• Sauna

• Private sports court (with night lighting)

• Hammocks (on the porch)

- About the accommodations:


• Spacious balcony

• 2 suites and one bedroom (very spacious)

• All windows offer a beautiful view

• 1 bathroom inside (in the common area of the house) and one in the barbecue area (very close to the pool and sauna, with an outdoor shower)

• Kitchen inside, and one outside (with a wood-burning stove and oven)

• Parking for 5 passenger cars (max. height 2.50 m)

• Laundry tub and small washbasin

• Kitchen utensils

• Bird aviary


- For your safety:


• Night lighting in the garden, by the pool, on the entire porch, and at the barbecue area

• All windows have bars and mosquito screens

• All doors leading to the outdoors have locks


About the Sauna: The farm offers daily sauna sessions, each lasting 40 minutes (the time recommended by doctors).

House Rules:

1- Pets:

Guests who choose to bring their
pets will be fully responsible for their cleanliness and safety.

2- Pool:
Before entering the pool, be sure to
take a shower. By doing so, you help ensure better water quality.

3- Hours:
No noise of any kind is allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
(If this rule is violated, a fine of R$200 will be charged.)

4- Parking:
Parking on the grass is prohibited.

5- Cleaning and
maintenance:
Do not lie down wet on the hammocks/sofas/beds. Be
careful with electronic devices; guests will be required to pay
for any damage caused. Do not lean on the pool waterfall. Do not place hot objects
on the tables; please use the trivets.

6- It is prohibited to throw cigarette butts anywhere on the property.

7- It is prohibited to use any type of illegal drugs on or off the property.

Important Notes:

* Guests are responsible for bringing their own personal hygiene items (bar or liquid soap, shampoo, sponges, toothpaste, etc.).

* Guests must bring their own bedding, pillows, and blankets.

* The farm can accommodate 10 people; additional guests are not permitted without prior notice.

* If you plan to bring pets, please let us know in advance. Please note that you are fully responsible for your pets. Pets are not allowed to sleep on sofas or beds.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
