Gorgeous Mountain Views! Large, Private Washer/Dryer. In the Eagle Lodge Area

This spacious, light and bright condo is great for families with kids, or a group of friends looking to get away from it all to the mountains! Enjoy lots of natural light coming through the floor to ceiling vaulted windows in the living room, as well as sweeping mountain views, or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home so your family and friends can enjoy a nice hot meal after a long day of skiing, with dining space for 4 plus additional seating available. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views, private en-suite vanity area, and full bathroom that can also be shut off for en-suite privacy. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and access to the full bathroom. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD Player and an additional full bathroom upstairs! Complete with private washer/dryer, free wifi, this unit has everything you need to settle in. Located in a quiet division of Meadow Ridge, but a short free bus ride to Eagle Lodge the location is prime for Mountain access. The complex provides a public outdoor gas grill (may not be available in Winter months), an outdoor pool in Summer, and an outdoor Jacuzzi accessible year-round. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 4 steps to this unit, 2 levels inside, no smoking, sleeps a maximum of 6 and no pets are permitted. Perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was super charming and spacious for us all to stay comfortably. In addition, the place was within walking distance of a brewery, or a 5-minute drive to main street. I highly recommend staying here and will again in the future!

Great stay in Mammoth!

Great rental property with great view. Everything was as needed and we had a great time. The mattress on the sofa bed could use an upgrade...or just bring an aerobed to put on there if you have one. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat.

Great Views

This was just what we were looking for. Nice clean townhome in a small complex. View from deck is amazing. Home was clean and well equipped. We will be coming back.

Fun getaway with good views!

This is a great little spot. It has a convenient location and the view is gorgeous. The home is clean and spacious and has all the cookware you might need(fyi owners, toaster is faulty on one side). A couple of things: wish there was more information in the home about the property amenities like where to find hot tub, ect. Also, there were no cleaning supplies like a mop or vacuum that would be nice to clean up accidental messes and keep the space clean during our stay.

We brought up all our food and cooked in our meals this visit due to avoid being a burden to the residents during the bad weather. I had everything I needed and we enjoyed the relaxing mornings and evenings relaxing with our beautiful view.

Great getaway

Cozy house with everything you’ll possibly need! Kitchen was well equipped with seasonings, utensils, coffee pot, pans, you name it. They had some games available which was great too. Only bummer was they didn’t have a shovel so we could dig out our cars. However, they did have a worker plowing the walkways, main roads, etc which was extremely helpful. Thankfully it wasn’t very icy when we were getting the car out so we managed. Overall a great stay!

The kitchen has everything you need and the mattresses were very comfortable. All the furniture and equipment feels really well taken care of. The complex has a nice pool nearby. The place was sparkling clean and tidied. I give it a 10 and would definitely come back.

The location was great and was in close proximity to every place that we wanted to see at Mammoth Lakes. The bedrooms were on the first floor and the living room and kitchen were on the second floor. There was a beautiful view from the balcony. At night, we walked behind the condo and enjoyed our stargazing! I would highly recommend this property

All Day Noise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit with good amenities and a great location near Eagle Lodge. However, during our entire stay, they were resurfacing the driveways and paths around the condo with no concern for the noise, the smell or the inconvenience. The manager of the property was never around and the workers just did what they liked. We would not have booked there had we known and we would have really appreciated advance warning.

Walking distance to The Village of just over 1 mile. Well equipped kitchen. We lacked for nothing. Comfortable family/ living room for relaxing. Only problem - the fitted sheet on the primary bedroom bed did not fit well. The sheet rolled off the corner and was very difficult to replace. The sheet was too small / too tight a fit.

Unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable. We use to stay right in town. This unit is just outside, just a little bit. Still a very short drive to Vons, Roberto’s, Nik n Willie’s and to all of the lakes to explore in Mammoth. We like this unit. Very quiet. Nice view from condo. Saw deer every day going out and coming back to our condo. Great trip. We hope unit is available for our next stay. Would recommend to family and friends.

Exceptionally Nice

Most notably, the living room has big picture windows that frame the Sherwin Mountains, which glow and change color in the early morning and late afternoon. The spacious deck with the same view and the wood burning fireplace are huge pluses. We also really appreciated the “cold room” or, technically, the “vestibule”, as you enter the front door. This allows you to sit down, take off snowboard, ski, or any kind of outdoor boots and coats and then hang up coats - leaving small amounts of snow or wet there - before opening the interior door to enter the house. Finally, there is no shortage of hot water or nice towels and the small washer/dryer was most appreciated. If we are fortunate, we hope to be able to book this place again in the future. Highly recommended.

Perfect Mammoth Getaway

We didn't really use the kitchen, but were able to find everything we needed. We also didn't use the laundry, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did. Contactless check in and out. Great stay overall, just don't leave heaters on high overnight or you will wake up sweating and opening the window! Would definitely look for this property to stay in again when in Mammoth.

It has a killer view of Mammoth, is beautifully furnished and equipped, has a washer and dryer. We’ve stayed in many places in Mammoth and this is, by far, our favorite.

Everything is the same as what's described online

We've been coming to Mammoth frequently and been staying in different properties before. This unit so far is our best experience. It's an entire single family structure, with all the necessities included. The home gets warm very quickly, and nothing can beat the view when in the morning you open the curtain step onto the balcony. Beautiful house, and my kids and I enjoy our stay here!
