Amazing spot!

Stayed here in December and it was perfect! Super close walk into the village for skiing, meals, and shopping. Also had a ski locker that made it super easy to store equipment - plus, the huge hot tub was a must after a day of skiing!Canā€™t recommend enough, had a great stay with amazing hosts!

Great Holiday Getaway

Fabulous location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location along Beaver Creek, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, with a well appointed kitchen. The manager is an excellent communicator.

Great Place...Great Location

The location was great we could ski in/out of our unit and at night we were able to walk up to the village. Michael the host was very accommodating and had alot of extras in the condo which you usually do not find, I would highly recommend this unit and when we return we return to Beaver Creek this is the place I will return too.

Super location

We stayed a week earlier this month. Had not been to condo before but are quite familiar with BC. The location was perfect, able to walk if you to all the shops and restaurant. Easy to ski in and out. Hot tub was a plus.

Great Location and Service

Location was perfect for ski in / ski out and walking distance to Beaver Creek. Easy parking and access to main road to drive down mountain. Property manager was easy to work with and helped with late check out. Property was well stocked and good size. Ski locker was helpful and hot tub was easy to access. Nice family property!

The condo was a bonafide Ski In / Ski Out..Can easily walk as so close to the village too.Well equipped kitchen and nice layout.Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions.Very detailed on how to check in. And really appredciated entrances with keypad codes as there were three of us.We enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Family Location

We have been coming to BC for a couple of years but had never stayed in Townsend Place. It is a perfect spot for the family to ski in&out and would definitely be back. The unit was spacious and well appointed and definitely well priced for BC. We had many great nights in the jacuzzi and enjoying dinner by the fireplace. We also had great views of the fireworks on New Years. A wonderful time on a great mountain.

Overall great stay

Stayed for ~10 days with my spouse. Exactly as expected. We worked in the morning (Wi-Fi was great) and skied in the afternoons. True ski out right in the backyard. Not a luxurious stay, but very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone visiting beaver creek.

Great Ski Condo!

We spent the first week in March at this great unit in Townsend Place. It truly is ski-in, ski out and just a few steps into the village on a lovely path by the creek. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Most of all, the owner is extremely helpful and easy to work with. If you need a 2-bedroom condo near all the action, this is a "no-brainer." Enjoy!!!

Fantastic ski condo has it all! Great location!

Truly ski in/ski out condo is located very close to the Plaza in BCV. The woodburning fireplace was cozy and the owner even supplied wood!! Perfect size for a small family, we were comfortable and happy on our first family ski trip. The building was quiet and convenient. The outdoor hot tub was a total gem after a long day of skiing. We can't wait to go back! Denise is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for sharing the ski condo with us.
