Judy I'm sorry that you felt this way abou the property. I'm really sad to read this review to be honest, as we've never had anybody have trouble getting in the gate, and after we spoke on the phone, it was ascertained that you were turning the handle the wrong way. We do clearly step out the access in our check in details. I'm not sure what you mean by the blender being old? We were just at the property ourselves and it is in full working order? I'm also not sure what you mean by the property having a spa whirlpool? we certainly do not have this nor advertise one. Could you potentially be mixing up our listing with another one? We do also very clearly show all of the bathroom areas in the house through the pictures. I apologise if your expectations were to have another toilet. However, we have not ever intentially mislead our guests. I will take on your feedback. Can you please also explain what you meant by the fridge needing cleaning? We do explain in our welcome message that we do keep condiments in the fridge as it is our holiday home too. We do explain that you are welcome to use these items. Are the condiments what you were referring to as 'unclean'. I do apologise if you were not happy with your stay, will take the feedback onboard, however, it still breaks our hearts to read feedback such as this when we really do go above and beyond to provide everything that would make for an enjoyable stay.
