Thank you so much for staying with us once again, Mary. We are still the same 979 Crew from your Aug 2025 stay. We just have an updated logo. We do understand the kitchens are pretty small in this units, but we review the kitchen supply inventory and check on the sink stopper. We would have gladly dropped some additional items by had we known you needed them. There should have been a couple of throw blankets, my goodness, not sure where they went. We would have brought a couple by, no problem, and sorry for any inconvenience. We do hope you appreciated the upgraded futon to a sleeper couch, since your last stay. We’re glad you enjoyed your island time and would be happy to host you again.

We are genuinely sorry that the home did not meet your expectations, and we certainly understand that a concern involving a pet and an outdoor area would be upsetting. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachfront vacation rental, not a hotel, and the listing does clearly identify the home as accommodating up to four guests while also suggesting it most comfortably for two. The photos and description are intended to give guests a clear picture of the space, its layout, and its direct beachfront setting. While we allowed your one-night stay, we don't often have guests choose that short time. A one-night stay can also feel quite different from a typical vacation-rental experience, as these homes are furnished and operated as vacation homes rather than full-service hotels. That said, safety is always our priority. We take your concern regarding the deck area seriously and have shared your feedback with the homeowner, who handles the home's repairs, maintenance, and improvements. We will continue to work with them to address any areas that need attention. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and wish you well in finding accommodations that are a better fit for your next beach getaway.

We would have gladly helped you out had you contacted us. As for salt & pepper and ice trays, we weren't aware they were missing; however, we would have been happy to swing some by for you had we known. We're glad to hear overall you had a pleasant stay!
